Hello, was this the "bottom" level? I saw there were a few steps. I am in a wheelchair and was thinking of upgrading from the rooftop terrace to this, but obviously steps would change that.
Yes, it is the "bottom level" and only accessible by the steps, unfortunately.

Hi, wife and I booked a beach house. I’m curious how much your neighbors can see while on the balcony? We have the option for the rooftop terrace with plunge pool, do you know which one is more private?
They are all pretty good as far as privacy. But yes, rooftop a little more so as people that are walking on the beach can't see onto your baclcony/room.

No, it is away from all the 'main' areas. Very quite spot on the beach.

How many floors for the beach house building? We prefer higher floors
2 story beach houses. 4 rooms per beach house. 2 lower and 2 upper units.

Not a whole lot of sun, as it is on the lower level with a completely covered balcony. (Upper level room will have more) video was taken around noon.

No they are not. Only 'beach house' specifically, and there are only 4 rooms per beach house.
Hello I can’t decide between breathless resort in Jamaica or oyster bay for my honeymoon. I love a clean beach and I love how at oyster bay you just get that bright vacay feel but then breathless has that night life which I love in your opinion which would be the best resort to go to where I can get the best of both ?
I honestly can't speak on the night life of breathless (as I've never stayed there) But Excellenece Oyster Bay has the best nightly entertainment I've experienced at any all inclusive resort. I wouldn't say there is a 'huge party scene', although there's definitely people carrying on the party after the shows.
As far a a clean beach, you'll love it. The whole peninsula is man made from crushed shell so it has prestine white beaches and its free from vendors (which I like) because of its location.
