Just a little bit more to my comment about tiny top of the pops wannabes i'd have to place spikes under their eyelids for chatting about Sonic Youth, the spikes would not stop until they stopped chatting about Sonic Youth, stick to spice girls or some other top of the pops shite
Where did you get the audio from?
It's a remix I created by combining the original studio/ep version of I Dreamed I Dream with an instrumental demo recording of the song from 1981 (titled Where The Red Fern Grows - Demo). Unmixed versions of each are available on the remastered/expanded edition of the Sonic Youth ep. The reissue also includes a third version that I didn't use in the remix - a live recording also titled Where The Red Fern Grows that is mostly instrumental aside from some rough vocal ideas from Lee towards the end.
