Building Mini Tunnels on My Raised Beds | Here She Grows

I'm so excited to get my little veg seedlings into these mini tunnels. And as of yesterday, just a few days after installing them, the soil is toasty. A whopping 58F degrees! Just a few weeks ago, before the mini tunnels went up, the soil was 37F degrees. We've had unseasonably warm weather here in the Chicago area so that's made things happen a lot faster than they normally would. My goal was to get the soil up to 45F-50F and then plant. I'm definitely there and now I just need to harden off my seedlings which will take another week.

I have all the faith in you that this is going to work, Heather ... provided a 🐿 doesn't come along, and think its a trampoline! 😄 Very cool Easter Egg Radishes!!! Speaking of Farm and Fleet, I want to believe is yogurt, but looking up, they carry bags of (white) Frosted Pretzels. I love them myself, and make a point to go out to pick me some up every year 😋 along with whatever I find in that store. Its a fun adventure! Hopefully this weekend will hang on with temps!🤞! I'm going out to cleanup and do what wasn't done late fall. Enjoy SPRING!🌱💚!!
