I think this is an excellent find on our part. You beat on this little truck pretty hard. When you find things like this you are doing real service fro your viewers. when I went to Amazon on the link you provided it's $89 and, if I am reading It correctly, there's a $20 coupon. A tough little rc truck with metal gears, how can you go wrong at this price? Great job!

I got the 1/18 version of this, i didn’t know they had a 1/16. The box and the car is identical except mine is definitely 1/18.
Mine started binding exactly like yours and it would come and go. I pulled it apart and found all the gear’s except for the drive gears are plastic!! The ring gears and spider gears all had broken teeth. The binding was the broken teeth floating around in the diffs randomly getting caught up in the gears. So much for the hardened heavy dusty metal gears lol!!
Nice! Was it this same brand? I don’t really know what other models they have. It still ran smooth after it freed up. Did yours with the broken teeth or was it noisy?
@@DerbyCityRC ya looks like it is cause the box is 100% identical. Says it has those dusty metal gears 🤣. the truck looks almost identical too. Except it’s 1/18. It’s not noisy at all it was just a binding up. I took it apart and found dusty plastic gears and like 5 or 6 broken teeth in the diffs! I cleaned out the broken pieces and greased the hell out of them and it seems to be good now 🤷🏻♂️. I got it to review, Not really worth fixing it up

Yes that’s the same ramp I built in my 2 year old ramp tutorial. Get better wheels than I did if you will need to roll it a lot lol
