G bar - Liverpool... 2001 - Jimmy Jay D.J played 5am Sunday morning... the whole place went mental.... everybody was singing...smiling...dancing on podiums... we all united over these type of anthems!!! Great to be a part of that scene... trance lives on....!! Happy (**,)

When trance was this good, they didn't call it "EDM". Music festival tickets (what we called raves) didn't cost $300-$500 per ticket. DJ's made music for dancing and were in it for the music. And we danced! We didn't stand around all waiting for massive beat drops like you see today.

Just no. Just say to a technohead tech house is techno, and he will bash you. There is no sense in trying to rewrite electronic music structure and stylistics from scratch or appropriating names. Armin is out of trance, he is a ambassador with asot, not a producer anymore
