  • Follow starTV on a tour around JBH, the smallest hall in St Andrews, with a current resident.
    We visit the reception area (0:37), TV room (1:32), dining hall (1:54), have a deep chat (2:19), then move on to the tuck shop (2:41), study room (3:00), west lounge common area (3:06), annexe (3:47), annexe bedroom (4:13), annexe kitchen (4:50), and garden (5:37).
    • Main building has 42 single rooms and 33 shared rooms, all with single-size beds
    • Annexe has 36 single en suite rooms with single-size beds
    • Walk to... Tesco: 8 minutes. North Haugh: 4 minutes. A beach: 2 minutes.
    • All residents are catered
    • Three meals per day, excluding dinner on weekends
    • Kitchens are shared between (many) people
    • Rent for 2020/21 is £6,364 (shared), £7,009 (single), and £8,461 (en-suite single)
    • Rent does not include the winter break
    • Not shown in video: laundry room, piano, projector, computer room with 6 PCs
