Earlier, I used to have verbal fight with wife (on weekends).
we both don't want to fight but it happens (I was not sure of the reason)
Then, in one of your video you told , pls dont get engage in house related stuff.
The example you had given was of banana.
e.g. in case, few banana are getting rotten, better not to say to anyone(wife), let them spoil, let rs 50 that might be cost of banana get destroyed & continue to pay attention to your office work.
let it get spoiled but you will not spoil relation with wife.
This small example changed my life.

Sir this is a very crucial question. I own a concentrated small & micro cap portfolio whose businesses I believe have amazing potential, & I'm planning to sell but not sure, a renouned smallcap home finance company, as it's not likely it would generate exceptional returns. I'm confused that should one own such an NBFC in their portfolio as the business is great or sell it & invest in my other stocks having higher potential.

Sir, I am 28 years old, I am from haryana. My family has 29 acres of agricultural land. Earning from land is 20 lakhs per year. we have family business We provide unsecured loans to farmers at 16℅. Loan Given of about Rs 3 crore. Out of which 3 to 4 percent of the loan is not recovered every year. I talk to the family that we should invest in the stock market. But they are not ready for this. After so much debate he gave me Rs 15 lakh to invest in the stock market. I invest 20% of that in your smallcap and wait for June 4th. So my question is whether we should leave these unsecured loans and come into the stock market. Which has more returns?

Hi sir, sadar pranam aapko! With monthly SIP inflows crossing ~$2bn and DII relentlessly buying, just wanted your opinion on how much say FIIs still have (I think they still have a lot of say)? And, in the coming 5-10 years, do you foresee DIIs managing domestic markets singlehandedly (I mean absorbing all FII-led shocks)? kya hum atmanirbhar ban sakte hain iss maamle mein?
Aapko lakhhi halwai ke galebi ki kasam ye question lelo. For Dynacons Systems & Solutions, I see there is a lot of sales growth but the OPM is very small. That means they don't have pricing power. But I also see asset turnover ratio is above 2 (more than other IT companies), which is good. ROCE is above 25% for last 2 years. But FII and DII are not invested. For last three years, public holding has decreased. So, this stock is not "ghar ghar modi". So, the company doesn't have enough free cash but the sales are good. Is it a good buy?
