It should be the first thing you see when you go to avatars in the menu. It should be under My Creations. If you can't see it, make sure that you successfully uploaded it to VRChat or make sure the you uploaded it to the right account. It none of this works, then it could be that it's taking a while for VRChat to load it or a glitch is preventing it from you to see it(mainly caused my internet issues)
shaders and most materials are unsupported for VRChat mobile because of limitations, so the only possible option would be to use bumped diffuse or standard lite. Shader sadly just cant be uploaded for quest and the creators who do upload it to quest are using mods.
That's gonna happen to a lot of textures and 3d models and its going to more of them soon because newer games are applying shaders to their textures and models to make look good or make it easier to customize them in-game. A simple/lazy fix I would do is set the texture sphere in Unity into standard lite and apply the texture into albedo AND in emission and set emission ON and highest brightness. That is usually the lazy but simple way I used to do. If it doesn't work then try saving the texture or convert it in certain applications. Hopes this helps and I can't wait to see your work on VRchat.
try going to file on the top lest corner and click build settings. After that, exit out of that window by clicking the X and then try opening the SDK. Also check if you got the right unity version and the newest SDK. Good luck

how do u make the avatar pc and quest together?
that's what this does, upload it on one of the platforms, preferably pc imo so you can tweak it for quest afterwards. You basically upload it twice
When I click on the arrow it only shows vrmavatar?
