Before rentals were cheap until our Nigerian brothers started trooping in with big offers for rentals and others. Spintex has become expensive because of that. Despite, we love them and welcome them welcome well. It's unfair for any ungrateful person to say otherwise. Those who work genuinely are making it big time and fulfilling their dreams back home. The first guy who said that Nigeria supplies Ghana with electricity is purely false and he's not happy that Ghana is doing well. Any sensible human being will ask why a country like Nigeria would supply Ghana electricity when they themselves can't afford to supply their country with electricity. There is a proverb that when if someone says he will give you a cloth , check what he/she is wearing and make conclusions as to whether they can stick to their promise. The truth is that Nigeria can't afford to supply their country with electricity let alone get surplus to give to another country. 90 % of Nigerians are jealous about the success of Ghana. Period

You probably should do some research about this before running your mouth. We don’t supply Ghana. But we supply Niger. Primarily because there are agreements in place were Niger will leave the River Niger untouched upstream so we can dam it at Kainji. In return we meet their electricity demand(which they pay for)

All the West African countries with oil pump gas there through the west African has pipeline.
Although Nigeria pump more gas in there, Ghana never owned any gas money directly to Nigeria.

For the house rent di33 it’s true bcs we had a simple low cost of rental budget but after most Nigerians came to our area the rent skyrocketed, from chamber and hall S/C 50ghc to 250ghc to 400ghc in a matter of months and now it’s hitting over 1000ghc

What do you want to achieve by comparing both countries?
I hope Ghana kicks us out of their country, it might motivate us. Imagine a country with one of the largest deposits of gas in the world not having electricity. Ghana gets its gas from Jubilee, Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP), and Tweneboa Enyenra Ntomme (TEN) and the remaining 25% of its gas comes from Nigeria through the West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) to meet its natural gas requirements AND WE DONT HAVE STABLE ELECTRICITY. It's a big shame on Nigeria.

As a Nigerian, you don't need a visa to travel to Ghana.
So with you passport, yellow fever card and if you're here to stay for long, then you'll need a residence permit, when you arrive in Ghana.
You can travel by road or air.
But I think air is much more safer.
