We begin our journey with “Evil” Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang after a robbery goes horribly wrong causing them to have to flee from the western town of Blackwater with federal agents and the best hunters eager to collect the bounty on their heads. The fact she named the lady in her book Susan and then begun wearing her hair a like Miss Grimshaw made me smile.
As much as she hated Miss Grimshaw, she loved her just as much. Kinda sad Dutch drove all the girls to bicker at each other 5 times as much as they used to at the beginning.
Miss Grimshaw was definitely their mother figure in the gang. She gave em tough love, because they need to look out for themselves in the scenario that the gang falls apart, and they did.
Didn't even notice that il now; now I just wanna cry like a big ol' puss...
Wish Susan and Karen (and Abigail) got along way better though.
And Mary-Beth turned out to be a very successful author. So whatever she did, she got inspired.

In the scene with Mary-Beth, I realized just how much of am gentlemen Arthur was. Not that John is a bad person for this, but Arthur would always take a lady's luggage and help her up the steps. John didn't do that for Mary-Beth, but perhaps it was because she was in such a hurry.
I remember John helping Tilly up on the trolley in Saint Denis. So that's close enough.

Arthur Morgan is a bad man. He killed more policeman and Inocent people than he could ever have helped, and that's just a truth we must accept. But, for an outlaw, he did everything he could and knew to change, and that's why we love him so much. He's was the gentlest outlaw in the country

But depending on how you play, he doesn't canonically kill that many innocents. And considering he's an outlaw, the killing of policeman sort of falls into the same category as two hostile armies killing each other. The two sides are enemies. Killing each other is what they do.

I love the dialogue between camp members, how they open up to each other, and start to show a true human side
Yes, I missed these little interactions the first time around since I was actually curious where the story was going but now that I've done them I'm utterly enjoying just hanging around the camp and coming across these conversations.

My favorite girl in the Dutch gang, glad that she went alright at the end, she is really innocent, even if she is with a gang who was a bunch of bank robbers and rustlers.
Also you forgot to add Arthur and Mary Beth dancing during the party scenes after rescuing Sean. It was pretty adorable scene as it looks like a father dancing with his daughter
A bit of a stretch, because Arthur is 36, and Mary-Beth is 22, I think. But there was bit of a vibe - Arthur's more mature due to his experiences.

Well… she was a petty thief and had a lot of gold watches and wallets when they found her. She is ok with the killing and even helped Sean to steal a bank carriage full of money, she played her part well and was willing to see them die for the sake of having money. She is sweet but she definitely belong to the gang, like Arthur said, “She is solid”.

I love this character and she gives me hope for my life she is a dreamer, innocent but strong woman who probably went through a lot before joining the gang and the fact that she is hopeful and sometimes pessimistic (like the dialogue with Karen about the Pinkerton) just shows how much she wanted a happy ending (and fortunately along with Tilly she had)

Being an English literature student, I appreciate the conversation between Mary and Karen.
You see, Romanticism in literature was all about gothic and fairy tales of curses, princes, and happy endings. But ironically, the movement was coming to an end at the start of the 20th century, same period as the game (leaving way for realism, the darker, more realistic and depressing kind of fiction) Which really drops back at Arthur and Mary's conversation about this sad sad world..

adam kelly He wanted dutch, To control over dutch. So what he had to do is be a rat and go tell Milton and Ross of each step the gang will do.
That’s why Hosea dies, Cuz Micah knows Hosea is always with dutch. Many gang members died or most of the many due to Micah planning them.
If Micah didn’t exist in the game than a very good ending may happen if rockstar didn’t put Micah
Edit: *Micah didn’t plan Hosea death. As Milton says that Micah became a snitch after the gang came back from guarma.
