I have never run one but I watched my brother and friend do the London Marathon and the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic, just buzzing!! Well done both of you x

I'm proud of you!☺ When he's done recovering, he'll come back with a better record next time❤ I did lower body exercises during the pms period, but I hurt my knee, so I haven't been able to exercise using my knee for a while😢 When my knees were not fully healed, I went hiking and went down the mountain, and my knees hurt a lot. Flora, I hope you go through enough recovery process and get well before running a marathon. I also tried to participate in a marathon held in a nearby area, but unfortunately, I couldn't because the application deadline was over. I'm definitely going to participate in the marathon held in my area this October😅
You shouldn't be hard on yourself for not finishing the race... listening to your body is always the best choice. Better to avoid long-term injury! And completing half is still a long way to run
