Using dry bags in the basket is a great way to carry items in it. You'll want to use a stretch net to keep the bags secure in the basket.
I bought everything back, but now I can’t buy tonneau kit one, it’s been more than three months! HD bar is also not used at home! Is there something wrong with your accessories?
Whats the weight capacity of those basket cross bar and are they safe for transporting a 90 lb kayak?
Should be fine. Most cross bars and baskets have 160lb weight limit

As long as you have those flush siderails like this Highlander, you would need Landing Pads (let me know what year your Highlander is and I can be more specific), Skyline Towers, Corebars, and a Showcase Cargo Box, which have been discontinued- soon to be replaced with the Grand Tour Cargo Box. If you go to Yakimatech.com, you can plug in your vehicle and see what options you have.
