Crazy how underrated andrew lincoln is as an actor
He’s such a great actor, couldn’t imagine anyone else as Rick
@@JaXXTroNaut Tobey Maguire
@@HelpQasimFirst 🤦♂️
Your damn right.
Right??? I been saying that.the only thing that sticks out to me is how reacted to Carl when Lori died but that was just the poor direction of s3 I think. Not his fault. Everywhere else he kills it
The fact that Andrew Lincoln didn’t get any prizes is a crime
He's got 3 The Walking Dead movies coming up tho. So there's his shot at getting a price. But prices are really just Hollywood ass kissing. There's allways something behind it. Golden Globe or Oscars... They don't matter. We see how solid this mans acting tallent is. And his work is far more to be proud of than a silly Trophy in Gold.

More like it’s a “grime”
Psycho Rick is the best Rick.
Period.
That is a fact.
Yes and negan wouldn’t have stepped to this rick he said so himself
You mean black forces rick
best character in history
@@mikehance6086 i assumed he was just saying that to taunt Rick
“As you can see, by Gareth screaming, it shows that he is afraid of death.”
"As you can see, the machete sliced him suggesting that he is going to die."
“As you can see, Gareth us fart”
"As you can see, Gareth died as a beta."
He died taking a breath which suggest he died against a stresser he took a deep breath before dying which means his brain want to avoid eye contact to increase his survivbility.
I know it was brutal, but it had to be done...
Thanks
No one fucks with the sheriff
Damn right!
No one judges you for it
Quick question... were you and Negan tickle buddies?
Imagine how much more brutal this scene could have been if TWD were on HBO
Everytime i watch shows like this from another network. I always wonder, what if HBO did this instead?!
HBO denied the request from TWD. Very missed opportunity on HBO.
They had this show in the palm of their hands and turned it down. Such a shame.
@@Seth-ng5oy wow yeah they screwed the pooch on that one. TWD on HBO would’ve been amazing….
HBO are regretting not taking this masterpiece of a show every day.
4:48 Rick smiles when Gareth says "you don't know what is to be hungry" because Rick, Michonne and Carl were on the road walking for several days without food to the point where all they talk about was food. So Rick understands what is like to be hungry but his group haven't started to eat each other
I thought this was after this when they are on their way to Alexandria
@@enigmatruecrime I think Deya is talking about after the prison fell.
@@archiesimpson5172 yes, after the prison fell, just before meeting Joe's group.
They know more than anybody what it's like to be hungry! After the farm fell and they out in the woods all that time, after the prison fell and they were back outside again lol...and they still did not eat people.
I think the starvation really hit on their way to Alexandria because remember they had to resort to killing and eating wild dogs.
After the prison, it wasn't that bad for them since they found houses or other places.
"We didn't wanna waste the bullets."
- The way he immediately and matter-of-factly said that was some ice-cold s**t👍👍. Perfect acting by Andrew Lincoln.
Yeah still gives me chills
you can swear you know that right
@@zoxyy.1x Half the time I do it gets removed. Literally just happened on another video. In the replies though, absolutely.
Crazy how good ricks aim is to shoot his fingers off
I mean Rick can shot a fucking Colt Python, one handed, straight arm and not even flinch... That is a genuine arm canon right there. And he doesn't flinch. The man isn't a simple human. He is God tier. HAHA! Seriousl tho... That's one of the few points the show gets a bit silly. His Colt Python isn't possible to fire like he does.
@@Figladee I didn't say it isn't possible to fire the gun with just one hand. I'm saying that it isn't possible to shoot it the way he does. He shoots it as if it was a water pistol and nothing more. Even the best will feel the recoil. But he shows absolutely no sign of recoil. Got a few gunclub members in my family. One of them is a rather big dude with a gun that's pretty much on par with the Colt Python. And yeah, he can fire it one handed. But he can't stop laughing at how silly it looks when ricks fires the pistol as if it has no recoil what so ever. You'd have to be built like a tank to achive that. And despite Rick being fit... He is still pretty average. It's the whole gig of how he fires it that's so unrealisti and silly looking. Not simply the idea that he can fire it with one hand. Hope i cleared things up.
He was aiming for his sack...but it's hard to hit such a small target ;)
@@triheda no, I thought that too at first, but I did read a topic on reddit or some other fan site that explained WHY Rick took those shots instead of S, has been years so I don’t know the link, though.
He was a cop they are trained to shoot especially hostage situations.. you gotta have skill! Which Rick did. 👍
I personally loved this scene! And what Maggie replied to Gabriel "no, it's just 4 walls and a roof" she was right. The Lord's house is not a building but the PEOPLE inside it, it's just a place to gather in.
Facts.
I love how you pointed that out. That’s where a lot of Christians fall short by believing a Church is a place and not a group of people.
Facts
yep
So it’s just a place for people to gather up and embrace the Lord?
Rick's "mirroring" was almost animal like
You missed the part when Garreth quickly stares at the red hatchet and suddenly he’s fearful.
I did notice, but I didn't want to talk too much in the video XD I try to find a balance between how much I talk and how much of the clip is played. Awesome for you to notice that detail!
Man walking dead just ain’t the same without Rick michonne and Carl. The should of never went
Don’t forget Shane & Glenn

Gareth is the most underrated villain on the show, such a creepy believable character in the apocalypse
I thought martin was pretty underrated. He's the most threatening and intelligent of that group, and I thought the actor was great. I think the showrunners knew they kinda wasted that actor too, because he comes back in tyrese's death episode.
@@stephengrigg5988 he was also a good villain in the series Banshee
@@thehaunted8055 the guy that plays martin? He's a good actor and I havent seen him in anything else, I've also heard good things about that show so I'll have to check it out.
@@stephengrigg5988 In my opinion one of the best and underrated shows ever made...tons of action, awesome fight scenes, great characters and gorgeous women
Lmaooo tbh he was a minor inconvenience 😂
You should take a look at the scene in Season 9, Episode 4 where Rick and Daryl are trapped in the pit. There is a lot of great emotion in that scene that I think would make a great video.
agreed
👍
The one is when the doctor tells rick that they all are already infected 🤣
Season 5 Rick was on another level, you should do the scene where he kills Pete in 5x16
I'm really enjoying the walking dead scenes I have to say the acting is always perfect
Fun fact that nobody asked: Glenn had never killed any (alive) human being at this point, and didn't since until they killed the Saviors at Simon's outpost (the one with the satellites). This explains why he showed regret and guilt in the scene.
This shows the creativity & great planning the writers did for each character & their own experiences. Their development wasn’t rushed & instead they were realistic to how people actually are.
I’m loving these walking dead scenes, Andrew Lincoln is quite an underrated actor
He really isn’t underrated though.
@@Asstazztic yea very good underrated is just not true
@@stevenlikesrice9389 yeah, I love Andrew, can’t wait to watch his Rick Grimes spin-off movies 😁

Asstazztic I mean he kinda is underrated because he didn’t get any awards for his performance as Rick grimes.
Can you do Beth Greene’s death scene all the way up to Maggie’s reaction, there is so much emotion in that scene and i think you’d have fun watching it
Still breaks my heart watching that scene, but she couldn’t leave her boy Noah! 😔
That'd be great
You know its a serious death when rick and daryl are crying
That scene was so dumb.
@@abraham2172 the whole hospital arc was dumb. The worst arc in one of the most amazing seasons the series has had.
Love this video! Maybe you could do the scene where Rick, Daryl, Carl and Michonne arrive at Terminus and are subsequently captured. Or the scene in season five after Rick fights Pete and he yells at all those people in the street. I love this show a lot, so I’ve got tons of suggestions 😅😂
I love that scene as well,They all Trust him and raise Their weapons without Question.Something seems off to him? Bam doesnt even have to told anything
I always liked Maggie having that last line since she has the most religious background. Ricks acting is amazing. And I like they don’t all fall in line with the butchering so we can see how dark it really is. Just wish this storyline went on longer and the hospital one much less although the city set was nice
the hospital storyline was horrible. i hated every second of it. only good scene was beth's death.
@@derechteDavos nice profile pic! That’s my favorite show
I did think Gareth’s fast breathing was an excellent touch, he’s in severe pain from losing his fingers while trying to speak to Rick as calmly as possible
I definitely agree. I can't imagine the pain of losing your fingers
You should do the scene where Rick is going crazy and giving a speech at Alexandria
Great idea!
Loving TWD content! Can you do the infamous Rick “snot bubble” scene? When Negan pushes Rick to submit by forcing him to cut off Coooral’s hand. That would be awesome!! Keep up the great work!
Great idea! Thank you so much ☺️
Not the snot bubble lmaoooooo 😭
There was an intersection in Georgia the streets were named Rick Avenue and Grimes Boulevard they had to change the name shortly after because no one crosses Rick Grimes and lives
I think Rick also slightly smiles when Gareth says he doesn’t know what it’s like to be hungry because Rick definitely does know what it’s like, his whole group does, it is the apocalypse after all. He’s smiling because Rick and his group have experienced hunger yet they never resorted to cannibalism because of it like Gareth, and he’s amused Gareth would assume Rick hasn’t been hungry just because he never ate people.
Gareth doesn't break eye contact because he's being honest. He truly believes what he went through justified the horrific acts he's committed, and truly believes Rick would understand if he had been in his place.
I didn’t know this was considered brutal but looking back it was 😂

No he's not returning to the series itself, atleast nothing has been confirmed about it. He is however in 3 upcoming movies about twd. Underrated channel
love the analyse
yes he finally made a vid on this part 🙏🏽🙏🏽
This is one of the best episodes of the entire show, amazing analysis
This scene perfectly portrays the ironically dark beauty of the walking dead .. and it shows what makes this show so great.. you feel the intensity of the situation it’s not just meaningless storytelling like 99% of tv and movies today. It symbolizes so much.. humanity, mercy, wrath, survival, what comes from humans in these dark times of life.. whoever quit watching the walking dead and says it’s a boring repetitive show obviously never watched it for the symbolization that I said above.. they never were interested in these deeper meanings .. rather just for the action set pieces etc… this show is beautifully designed imo and it symbolizes so much and has so much meaning to those who want to see it.. not to mention it has tons of References and symbolism to God.. and also this is one of MANY scenes that are so beautifully made .. there’s moments where it became more ab the opposite like with negan etc and other times .. but this show has not lost that meaning .. like a recent episode with Gabriel and Aaron being forced to play a deadly game by a survivor used these meanings so beautifully IMO.. so to the walking dead haters I’d just stick to your stranger things and shows like that lol, this is for the seasoned individuals that are hardened from the world and see the deeper meanings of a show like this Bc they resonate with it !!
Well said. I started watching the show last yr & you basically stated the whole reason I love the show. Truly realistic & relatable.
The closest we’ve gotten to this was when covid 1st came about. More brazen crimes were being committed, food shortages, & people outside of anyone you knew were kinda considered a potential threat. Love the show.

As it comes to Garret making constant eye contact with Rick while he's on his knees...
If it were me I'm not so positive I'd break eye contact in that situation. Not just cuz I don't fear death nor facing my soon to be killer, but in self preservation so I can judge his actions to counter attack in self defense.
I'm not sure which of the two it would be in Garrett's case but I'm sure that I'd do it to defend myself. Is that rare?
Awesome alalytics of all recently uploaded vidoes, but in my opinion those scenes are a bit obvious in some ways.

Are you going to analyze the terminus scene? I really love watching you analyze these scenes in the walking dead
These videos are very entertaining to watch.
There is one scene I'm interested in seeing an analysis of. The moment when Obi-Wan confronts Anakin on Mustafar right before their battle in Star Wars Episode III. The prequel trilogy is often rightfully bashed for its writing quality, but acting, I think, gets a lot of undeserved flak, especially in Episode III where it felt like the principal characters all did excellent jobs acting out a less-than-stellar script. I would be interested to see your analysis because it often reveals the true caliber of actors regardless of the quality of written material.
Unarmed does not translate to not dangerous. A lesson that most of the survivors had to learn the hard way.
I’ve always thought the first half of season 5 is underrated
