- When visiting my local dump recently I found some great rusty metal pieces, and I wanted to use them in a trash to treasure. I had some pallet boards or scrap wood I wanted to use, so a What "wood" you make collaboration video was created. You can absolutely use paint with the stamps. I have even seen many CZcamsr's use paint vs ink. Love your projects so much!

If you have a brayer you could use that to put paint on your stamps. It works well with any medium. Great projects! Just awesome inspiration!

Shelly, I love all your repurposed, rustic, projects ❤❤. I have stamps and has never used them because I don’t have ink and wasn’t bold enough to use the paint on them. Thank you for sharing how you used paint and it worked just as good. 😊

Hi do you have any tips on how to go to dump and where to find things ? And how much it is ? Thank you
Our dump has items separated from metal to household to regular trash. The free stuff is usually set aside by the big household dumpster. So if no one takes it they throw it away. I check out the metal pile and as long as I don't climb on it and just get from the outside of the pile they let me take things. I also butter them up by bringing them eggs every week. lol
