  • Most gardeners feel pretty proud of themselves when they produce a bumper crop. Their carrots may have been bigger than last year, or they may have even grown some giant potatoes. But are they anything like these? From a 17-pound pineapple that defied all odds to a super-sized 18-pound spud, here are 15 of the biggest fruits and vegetables ever grown.

My grandparents gardened every year. They grew a three pound potato once. And a ten inch okra! It was neat, I was around eight. Fifty six now. Stay safe and well all!

Generally like and enjoy your films, but c'mon: Guys, you must insist that whoever writes the texts for your videos has knowledge of the things they write about, otherwise the narrator sounds ignorant as a presenter. For example, you do not "dig up" a pineapple. The pineapple forms atop the pineapple plant and is never underground, so it can't be dug up -- it is "harvested" by cutting it free from the parent plant.
