I was doing some breathing exercises and using hands to pull in energy light into my crown. My stomach tightened up, felt like vomiting. I'm still listening and I had to quit doing the extras, body is starting to relax more. This a good one!

Just listened to 48 minutes of this with head phones and after meditating for a couple months, that was by far the greatest experience I've had! At first I felt like I started floating and there were demons around me and they couldn't touch me because I felt powerful lol then I freaking teleported to my cousin's house and she lives in daho (I'm in Utah) and when I went to her house I got in her swimming pool and then my brother was there and he jumped in after me, when he jumped in the pool it woke me up and I shot out of my bed it was so cool lol. Very much loved this video ❤️

wow thats crazy... my energy started messing with the audio, it was cracking a lot. I thought it was just something wrong with my headphones so I interrupted my meditation to test them with other music. No cracking. I went back to the music and it happened for a while still then fizzled out when I lost concentration. Damn. Thats the most interesting experience I think I've ever had.
I don’t know what’s happening but when I hear this, it pains terribly bad between my two eyes, like something is poking out of there and I also feel like some things be is near me

I did this and fell asleep during this meditation, I had the most disturbing nightmare, and I woke up just when this ended, what I'm the world is going on???? My body is twitching and tingling all over the place and I can't go back to sleep.
