- Chi/Qi and all Chakra tuning, balancing, healing. With focus on the Sacral, Heart and Brow Chakras. With a dash more emphasis on the Sacral region. The Heart and Sacral exist just above and just below the Chi/Qi, this will permeate the region from above and below, activating it, awakening it, tuning and balancing it, bringing it into sync and flow with the natural order.
Chi/Qi becomes stagnant and out of balance easily when we find ourselves in the material world, versus the natural world, the spiritual world. Most in this age we live do find themselves detached from the natural organic rhythms of the natural world of which we are pieces in its marvelous infinite puzzle. The material world is completely out of sync with the natural world. It is unbalanced, out of “phase.” When we walk in it, it is out of phase with us all well, and as frequencies tend to do, they battle for dominance. It is a totally natural thing that they battle, simple physics. But in the material world, all of the frequencies slamming each other constantly, and slamming us constantly… it wears us down and causes the phasing of all the frequencies, and we grow more out of natural organic tune, balance and synchronicity.
The Chi/Qi is very much the center of all internal energy force/flow. It is like the central powerhouse for the entire energy system. When it is strong, balanced, flowing, you are strong. When it is stagnant, out of balance, you are weak. It’s really that simple. We, like the rest of the natural universe, run off of energy… period. The material world also runs off of energy, but its energy frequencies are chaos incarnate. We must find ways to bring our energy, our Chi/Qi back into tune, balance, so it can flow properly, with all of its strength, to heal us, to bring our mind body and soul back into sync with the Universe, with our own selves, with the ALL.

Try to heal it check for solar plexus chakra healing on u tube and do meditation and few pose it will help
I really enjoy using this,but am really curious what system you are speaking from/for when saying the Qi lives above the sacral and below the heart. The Solar Plexus center is what you are speaking of, or...?
