Fixing a 12v Softwash pump air leak issue on 3 year old equipment

Fixing inevitable 12v softwash equipment problems
Air leaks on the output of the pump will be easy to spot. Usually there will be fluid leaks
Air leaks in the suction side of the pump are tricky to identify
This is because it’s a lack of a vacuum seal drawing air into the system.
To fix these problems
Systematically work your way back from the pump checking for:
☑️ Tight clips
☑️ No split hoses
☑️ metering valves are tight
☑️ 3 way valves in good working order (this was our problem)
☑️ theres fluid in all the tanks

Possibly 50m but all those reels are now in the bin 🗑️
