Understanding your consumer base, their requirement, their spending capacity etc. is really really important. I wouldn’t say anything abusive, because I am not that person, but I will definitely not buy anything worth 24K from a brand like DRI which has just come out. 30K Tak to Anamika Khanna, Rohit Bahl bhi aa jata h, then why would I want to go for DRI. I am not teaching you how to do business, but creating a customer base is really imp. Secondly, such things work on trust, you can’t simply dust it off! Being your subscriber, they’ll really be looking forward to your brand, but how can a student, or a girl who just started earning spend this much money on a saree even if they love you! May be you are targeting a separate set of audience for your brand, but for a regular person to buy such a new brand, priced so high is really really difficult! 🙂

Even though u have genuine audience and genuinely ppl who love you would not dare to spend 25k on a brand like DRI, Katrina started affordable makeup, Priyanka chopra brand is affordable shreya Jain, malvika sitlani, Sarah sarosh, shivangi Sharma, and many other's r "successful" because they understood Indian market. It works on affordability.

Hey Himadri.. I love your contents..but ek baat yaha sahi nhi lagi mujhe.. agr aap 6 years baad koi brand open kr rahe ho to apko usme reasonable price se start krna zaroori tha pahele. Pahele hi costly products dekh k obviously sabko bura lagega .. reasonable price ke clothes se start krne se ye hate nhi milti..
