I Got a Pet Walking Fish (literally)

- I just figured out that there's a species of fish that is able to WALK ON LAND... literally. So I bought one, built a home for it, and kept it as a pet. I did all sorts of things like feed it live insects, and even built a parkour course to test it's jumping abilities. Watch to the end to see all that awesome stuff!

Mudskippers have mud in their name for a reason. Mudskippers uses mud to moist their skin so that they can breath through their skin and skip around to get more mud. I think.... That's what I remember hehe😅
Yeah that’s true, but in a very small setup like I got, it’s not super important for it to be mud everywhere, as long as the floor is super moist and water is easily accessible

You're doing great, my dude!! Your next build, consider hiding the hot glue with dirt or rock crumbles. You can sprinkle it on while it's still hot, or even super glue it later. He definitely looks like a Franklin. 💙💙💙
Yeah I tried to do that but I guess I didn’t let it dry long enough and it all washed off when I sprayed it down. I’ll try better next time lol

@@TerraGreen1try using gorilla glue to glue the dirt to the foam! i’ve used it to make terrarium backgrounds for my reptiles before and it works like a charm

Just Subbed, Great Vid! If you didn't know, mudskippers actually come from swamy/mudded areas such as those found in the amazon. The reason why you can't find them in your local PetSmart is because they are exotic and not many people really buy them (which they should!).
Mudskippers are great! I have one of my own, and she is very entertaining to watch as she jumps around and rolls in the sand.
