  • The number of people attempting to reach Europe via irregular migration routes from Senegal has exploded in recent months. Since the start of the year, more than 30,000 migrants, mostly Senegalese, have arrived in the Spanish Canary Islands. Over that same period, the Senegalese navy has intercepted more than 9,000 migrants attempting to make the dangerous journey. Fatal shipwrecks are common and show no signs of slowing down. Our Senegal correspondents report from the capital Dakar and the northern city of Saint-Louis.

Why not risk yourself to make your country better instead of going to a foreign land??

Lord have mercy on your stupidity. If it were that easy no one would leave their native land.

The Canary Islands (Spanish: Canarias), also known informally as the Canaries, are a Spanish autonomous community and archipelago in Macaronesia in the Atlantic Ocean.
At their closest point to the African mainland, they are 100 kilometres (62 miles) west of Morocco.
They are the southernmost of the autonomous communities of Spain.
The islands have a population of 2.2 million people and are the most populous special territory of the European Union.

Guys, all the money (thousands euros) you spend on this journey could start a project back home.
Many already die on this journey, many are lucky to get back home safely. In the end, it won’t improve your country to see young people dying at sea.
Invest in repairing products, construction, agriculture, farming, . .... all those young generation can team up together to make a change.

He wants to go to Spain to work? Then apply legally. Otherwise stay home and help make improvement.
