In Memory of Dr Sourirajan - Inventor of Modern Membrane who Passed Away on Feb 20, 2022

A special event was organized during the 2nd Regional Congress on Membrane Technology 2022 (RCOM 2022) & the 16th AUN/SEED-Net Regional Conference on Environmental Engineering 2022 (RCEnvE 2022) which was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Johor Bahru, Malaysia from 21st to 22nd September 2022.
This event was to pay tribute to the greatest membrane scientist - Dr Srinivasa Sourirajan who died peacefully on Feb 20, 2022.
The video was produced by Dr Nor Akalili Ahmad and Assoc Prof Dr Lau Woei Jye from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Some of the photos were provided by Emeritus Professor Dr Takeshi Matsuura (University of Ottawa, Canada) - the colleague of Dr Sourirajan at the National Research Council of Canada between 1960s and 1980s.
