This has naturally happened to me, exactly as he describes it. I have never intended on becoming a vegetarian and have never even called myself one; my body just started rejecting meat at some point, to the point where I just don't care for it at all now. Don't even like the smell, all I can smell is the iron when I am close to beef. It puzzles me how I couldn't smell that before.

I've turned vegetarian last year and I feel quiet good in terms of health. I'm much more active than ever..

• Raw meat - 70 to 72 hours
• cooked meat - 54 to 56 hours
• cooked veg meal - 24 to 30 hours
• raw vegetables - 12 to 15 hours
• fruits - 1.5 to 3 hours
FOOD IS NOT A PHILOSOPHY IT IS LIFE
It would make sense if you eat meat eat it every 3 days or less frequent , and veggies/ fruit more frequently since it provides fast metabolism and quick energy
Hard to digest these numbers as a meat eater. Need to display these numbers in schools to make healthy generation.
What about foods like pancakes? I know it causes sluggishness but I’m wondering where it lies on the scale. Because seems to stay longer than 2 hours

@@charleskulvet4911 i think it lies in cooked veg meal... Plus sugar is a main ingredient in it. I think sugar is a very harmful food as it decreases the insulin level and cause long term effects

For those fit healthy older (60 plus) individuals that want to feel good and look great…What about vegan Protien - Orgain. How long would that take to process inside. I eat once a day after work but after my morning pre work workout, I consume with water, creatine with Orgain. I should take another at lunch but if I had it at work, then I may do more than one.
