Meditate with Madeleine | Soham Mantra Meditation

Hello and welcome back to my channel.
Today I'm sharing one of my favourite daily mediation practices.
This short meditation is a great check in with yourself, the Sanskrit manta Soham or Sohum roughly translates as I am that, it is a way of identifying oneself with the universe and feeling our connectedness to it.

This was a great help. I have psychotherapy at half one over the phone (Covid 19 reasons), and always feel a bit worried beforehand. "What am I going to say?" "Is there even anything wrong with me?" etc. This has helped calm me a lot so thank you Madeleine.
