    You have to be out of your mind to tell Canadians that people who are making a gain of over $250,000 are suffering because above that amount they might be taxed at a higher tax rate on their investment (NOT PRINCIPLE RESIDENCE) property.
    Millions of the world's tiniest violins are playing simultaneously. Moreover MDs are having issues more often than not as their billing limit is such that after they've finished paying out their staff and rent on their practices, they're basically only upper middle income earners, while still having in many cases to pay back a hundred thousand or more on loans. Fix that, and you'll go along way to fixing the doctor shortage.
    Spinning a higher tax on the rich that is meant to redistribute wealth to the poor and middle class as some unfair burden to the wealthy is ludicrous.

    • @lonccoccala6861
      @lonccoccala6861 Před měsícem

      You dont understand. Rich people, it meams those who owns co onies and make milkions on capital gains they will simpky put the burden on their customers that means us. Nevertheless not everybody that make more of 25ok gaons is rich. You coul sell your house, apartememt , etc.
      Also rich people will movw their money to others countries which is dangerous really dangerous for a weak economy right now like canadian one.

    • @nightshademilkshake1
      @nightshademilkshake1 Před měsícem +1

      @@lonccoccala6861 No as I've already said selling 'your house' is exempt from capital gains. There are no capital gains on your principal residence, only your second investment property - and if you're already making a gain of $250k on your second property when you sell it (which would be taxed at 50% regardless under current and prior rules) I don't feel bad when the profit you're making over $250k is taxed at a higher rate.
