It depends on how you set up your Shopify store. If you add a Shopify app like Zendrop or AutoDS, then you can have them fulfill the orders (this is just dropshipping) and if not, then you fulfill all the orders yourself. Please be sure to read TikTok shop's terms in your local region regarding dropshipping though
