For indians fenugreek fragrance is like heaven, so lovely. Today only I my daughter and my son applied fenugreek, green gram and curd mask, such a relief. Blessings for hairs.
Soak green gram dal and fenugreek seeds separately over night in the ratio 2:1, according to ur hair length adjust the quantity in same ratio. Next morning discard soaked water and wash them thoroughly. Now grind them into paste by adding little water at a time. If u do it correctly, it will turn into cream like consistency, wich is very soft to touch. Now pass that paste over a muslin cloth and collect the soft cream in a bowl, don't discard the material that is left in muslin cloth, that can be used as body scrub. Not to the cream that u have collected add some beated curd, in accordance to length of ur hair and also make sure that the consistency is not too runny, otherwise u will not be comfortable to leave it for hours. If u have itchi scalp then here to the mixture u can add some pinches of turmeric. Not apply this cream to ur scalp and lengthy and leave it on for atleast an hour and maximum upto 2 hours, u can also decide how much time to keep, by seeing that the cream is not to dry to remove from hairs, now wash it off with mild herbal shampoo. And enjoy the shine and smoothness. If after applying to hairs some quantity is left with u, don't throw it either use it as body wash, face wash. If u try it and it really work for u do tell here in comments.

Blend it with egg, curd and aloe vera and apply it as a mask to your hair. After half hour or an hour, wash off with shampoo. And also don't throw away the water you used to soak. U can use it as a rinse or mix some Aloe Vera in it n use it like a rinse for almost a week. Since I have used fenugreek as a mask or rinse and gotten positive results, I would recommend it to anyone. P. S. Actually the fenugreek I used never had any smell to it. There was like zero smell to it.
Hi doro! When it comes to the oily part, you can substitute milk with either aloevera gel/ yogurt won't make your hair oily and would maintain the shine. Milk is recommended for extremely dry hair. As for Fenugreek giving results, yes it's a very potent hair growth method used since ages in india. We even consume Fenugreek greens! I personally have gained massive hairgrowth using Fenugreek. For some people Fenugreek dries their hair out due to the high amount of protein in it. I would suggest adding a little oil to the mask! Besos!
I don’t know what kind of fenugreek she got, but it is my first time using it and it smells like fall spices candles. I have to wash my hair very well so the strong sweet spices smells gets out and it doesn’t cause me a headache due to my sinus issues. But yeah, the fenugreek I got smells really good, just like a candle.

Rinse your hair with white vinegar. Make sure to put a towel over your eyes so you don't get vinegar in them! Let vinegar sit for a few minutes then rinse with ice cold water.

Last year, I got too greedy with this. Made a similar concoction except I added a little bit of Aloe in it. Kept it in the fridge for 3 weeks and used it in 3 times (I was my hair once a week). Let's just say that the protein overload was real. Like real REAL. I had protein overload before but never like this one. It lead to 2 months of heavy shedding and hair fall. Never again. But if you do it less frequently, you're good to go!

However I think you should take a break from it if it’s making your hair very dry... and deep condition your hair every week, apply serum on hair everyday and cut any split ends if you have them to stop further damage 🥺❤️ hug!
I would recommend you to stop using it as it's a sign of protein overload and if you continue it'll damage your hair so badly and you'll have to cut it off which happened to me be aware even when you use natural ingredients some contains a high amount of protein like rice water, fenugreek, coconut oil, hibiscus, eggs etc.. so you have to be careful when you use those things as some hair type actually don't need protein like dry hair unless it's damaged, dyed or relaxed and other hair needs more of it, the moment you experience something you don't like with anything you use just immediately stop using it. Once a month is more then enough
You can take it internally like tea and it works just as good and even better, it's good for your body too, just search how to sprout fenugreek seeds and use it when it's sprouted because it have a better benefits and it doesn't make you smell, just be aware of it if you're a diabetic. Oh that's to much, there's no need for all this seeds, milk, soaking, blending. Just take a tsp of grounded seeds and pour a ¾ cup of boiling water, yeah you can boil it for a few minutes if you fancy. Stir, wait till its cold or warm and apply only water to your scalp with needles syringe, massage and repeat every day, or every other day. Store the liquid in a fridge for 3-4 days, or prep fresh as you need /like. It works wonders for hair fall, just take time with it, at least month to see a recent results. Maybe two weeks if you really impatient. But apply it daily! 😁

Yes the smell of fenugreek is unique and strong. I add in fenugreek into the flax and aloe vera, and my hubby hates the smell of even a small among of it. don't think I'd want to do a 7 day thing.

I use Fenugreek seeds with curd and apply the paste evenly. Leave it for an hour. After washing thoroughly with water, I apply conditioner first as it removes all the tiny particles then use a mild shampoo! The volume and gloss in my hair is amazing!!!

A word of advice: talk about fast hair growth fortified shampoo to double hair growth.
During my school days my mother also tried Fenugreek paste on my hair, but she used water instead of milk, I hated it's smell. Thickness & texture of my hair has great similarity with yours, but my hair is longer than yours, it's hard to use Fenugreek continuously for 7 days hating it's smell, hat's off for your efforts

I love the smell of fenegreek. Although, I do cleanse my hair after using it. I'd never not clean it out. It work sooooo well. I'm currently doing a scalp massage with my fenegreek oil right now! But please wash your hair!

Sis, I hope applying this hair mask 7 days continuously is not a good idea... Use it twice a week and add curd intead of milk, egg and amla powder. You'll get a good result....Restore the fenugreek water also.. Spray it on your scalp and keep 20 to 25 mins before shower...

Hey love 💕 so fenugreek water was super stripping for my hair that’s why I made it into a paste to make it less stripping. However I think you should take a break from it if it’s making your hair very dry... and deep condition your hair every week, apply serum on hair everyday and cut any split ends if you have them to stop further damage 🥺❤️ hug!
Add some coconut oil to the fenugreek hair mask... Avoid daily usage. Use twice in a week .
I would recommend you to stop using it as it's a sign of protein overload and if you continue it'll damage your hair so badly and you'll have to cut it off which happened to me be aware even when you use natural ingredients some contains a high amount of protein like rice water, fenugreek, coconut oil, hibiscus, eggs etc.. so you have to be careful when you use those things as some hair type actually don't need protein like dry hair unless it's damaged, dyed or relaxed and other hair needs more of it, the moment you experience something you don't like with anything you use just immediately stop using it. Once a month is more then enough
You can take it internally like tea and it works just as good and even better, it's good for your body too, just search how to sprout fenugreek seeds and use it when it's sprouted because it have a better benefits and it doesn't make you smell, just be aware of it if you're a diabetic. Two table spoons a day is more then enough, put it in water and boil it for 5 to 7 minutes and enjoy

Oh that's to much, there's no need for all this seeds, milk, soaking, blending. Just take a tsp of grounded seeds and pour a ¾ cup of boiling water, yeah you can boil it for a few minutes if you fancy. Stir, wait till its cold or warm and apply only water to your scalp with needles syringe, massage and repeat every day, or every other day. Store the liquid in a fridge for 3-4 days, or prep fresh as you need /like. It works wonders for hair fall, just take time with it, at least month to see a recent results. Maybe two weeks if you really impatient. But apply it daily! 😁

I apply fenugreek seeds on my hair twice a week and just use it as shampoo and I will not let it sit on my hair like u did I just apply it while bathing and massage a lil bit and rinse it off and I have been using it for months and yes it has made my hair thick so maybe u can apply it like shampoo method and see the results and btw I don't add milk

Yes the smell of fenugreek is unique and strong. I add in fenugreek into the flax and aloe vera, and my hubby hates the smell of even a small among of it. don't think I'd want to do a 7 day thing.
