Testing the INVERSION METHOD FOR 7 DAYS TO SEE IF IT WORKS! *before & after results*

So this is my first time trying the inversion hair method and besides enjoying the scalp massages everyday for seven days, my before and after results were pretty positive with this method.
So the inversion hair method is supposed to accelerate the rate of your normal hair growth in only one week. And the way you do this hair growth method is by massaging your scalp with your head upside down, you know, inverted. And the reason your hair has to be inverted is because this is the way you promote blood circulation to your scalp and with this hair growth.
This is what I’ve learnt about trying the inversion hair method for a week:
Only is meant to be tried for seven days once a month.
The inversion time is only four minutes.
Using an oil is not necessary but recommended to increase chances of better results.
If you use an oil proceed before inverting the head to massage oil into your scalp for five minutes and then put the head upside down for four minutes.
You should feel relaxed and not dizzy if last happened to stop doing this.
After seven days hair is supposed to grow about one inch in that week or in the month.
Wonder if it works? so after I did the hair inversion method everyday my final results said that I went from 28 inches to 29 inches long in the back of my hair and from the side of my hair, I went from 26 & half inches to 27 inches long in a week! These are my results and they could vary with someone else. Pura vida!

Hii friend 🦋💙 I didn’t wash my hair for those seven days only one day I washed hair with water 🥰 but I think you should try this without the oil because of your hair falling problem, love. You should use rosemary water and rosemary shampoo to strengthen hair follicles and stop hair loss 😊💙 make sure to keep your scalp very clean too! Aww 💕😘 take care love

for those whos desperate for hair growth here are my tips, do both inversion method AND rice water method for a week. it boosts the growth of your hair but sadly it depends on genetics. if your hair still grows slow, you have to let it do it's thing, things take time. Dont overdo these method cuz its unhealthy and it will more likely just slows down the growing process. and dont worry, you look stunning no matter how fucked your hair is ❤️

How many times a month can I use this method? Like, is 2 weeks per month too much (not together, it's 1 I do it, 1 I don't, then I do it again)?
@@disneyheloise2803 I use the rice water method every time I shower which is usually every 3-4 days as for the inversion method I do this 14 days straight every month. Hope that answered your question ❤

A warm sensation in the scalp is a sign that the blood is flowing into the scalp and that it is stimulated. You have beautiful shine in your hair.
This helped me a lot. My back ends were 20.25 inches and sides were 20.5inch but after seven days my back ends were 21inch n sides were 21.5inch😭😭 I really can't believe this. Thank you sooooo much for this💕

I suggest to do this for a week and then pause for 2 weeks and then do this again for 1 week because if done daily the body adapts to the process and inversion will not help, the hair grows because when you pull head down more blood flows into the head and makes the hair grow

UPDATE: I've been doing the inversion method for the whole year now, the last week of each month (waxing moon week)
I was nearing the November part and I watched your video and I decided to give it a try! I normally get 1 cm with the method I do (oiling + 4 min inverted while massaging)
I tried the method you mentioned (oiling + 5 min massage upright +5 min inverted while slightly/sparingly massaging) and I got 2cm!!
That's a lot for me considering my average growth per month is 1.5 cm! Omg ! Thank you so much! Sure, it's 10 min instead of 4 but since I concentrate on massage while upright, I can take a break while inverted and really breathe to let the blood circulate!

Sure the growth is not uniform, as expected with the inversion method, but it's still growth! I'm excited for 2021 now because I might reach waist length wayy sooner than I was expecting! Thank you!

It's working for a lot of people mostly due to wishful thinking. If you watch videos of people with colored hair so that you can actually see the growth, there is no more growth than normal or hardly any more than normal.

My hair only grew 1/2 an inch I did it for the full seven days. But everyone’s hair is different and I’m happy cuz at least it was something. The front it ends was 25 now it’s 25 1/2 after this past week and my sides were 21 now 21 1/2. I’ll take it my goal is 34inch.

I've tried it for the first time in September and I gained an inch. I'm actually on my 2nd time ending on Sunday. Its Amazing! I also feel sensation some days more than some and I also do the Green Method ( put a shower cap after) along wiith some days. I get very hot some days. I use hot oil everyday. I love it. I've done a smilar method lately, I massaged for 5 minutes while upside down. It grew between 1 cm to 1.5 cm. Doesn't seem to have grown as much as many others but it's still cool that it did actually work. I think it's possible mine grew slightly less cos I normally shampoo while basically having my head sort of upside down cos I find it easier so maybe my scalp is used to the blood flow
Yes ur hair is use to it. If u want better results stop hanging upside down (even if ur jus shampooing) for three weeks to a month and then try the inversion method again. You should get better results. 😊✝️

Did applying oil everyday make your scalp look really oily ? cus I gotta to go my school everyday now I literally can’t be walking around with a oily ass scalp 😭✋🏻
Just try it without oil the plus just to add the extra. The massage is what gets ur blood flowing and simulates hair growth but the oil makes it better because of the nutrients but def not needed to grow hair
You can also do this method at night and wash hair in the morning
late comment but as long as u wash it out over time it will become less oily actually 💟

I recommend trying out real black castor oil, I noticed that you have an alternative castor oil, it still works but the black oil is more effective.

May I know in this 7 days when can we do hair wash?? or while doing this do we need to avoid hair wash for 7days???

It works. Here are my results.
1st month : used only castor oil. Made my hair regrow and 1 and half inch longer.
2nd month : used castor oil + coconut oil. Hair became healthier and grew 1 inch.
3rd month : used castor oil only. Again grew 1.5 inch.
Advice: if you want long hair, use only castor oil. If healthier and shiny hair, use castor+-coconut oil. Hair won't get long much but get volume and shiny

@@mknishi1061 no, only once in a month in a row of seven days. And then do it once in a week for the rest of the month. Doing it for all 30 days will make your scalp itchy and increase hair fall.

@@bhagwatisati_ yeah, like literally 25 to 27 days in a month. It works wonders to get hair volume, shine and thickness. But try the inversion method for a week only. Other days just massage the warm oil for ten minutes

I have curly hair, the only way to detangle is if its wet or else its breaks and becomes damaged. Even my hair dresser says " your hair willl never be tangle free"
I know curly hair is better to detangle when it’s wet during conditioning time 😊 you don’t need to detangle if you can’t ♥️ the important thing is to try the method 😉
