Dan, I'm a cuber around your age and very much appreciate your work over the years. The quality of your videos is always exponentially improving. I'm honestly in awe of your editing. Also, I know "cubing news" has been done in the past by others, not regularly, was formulaic, and was lackluster. My opinon is that if you did this and you injected your inside knowledge, covered releases, accomplishments of fellow cubers/designers, and added your own opinions on whatever you're covering in general, that could make an awesome show. Keep up the outstanding work my friend!

I have this cube and I LOVE it. I wanted a magnet cube and I absolutely wanted it to be tiled so it remains always nice. I'm not disappointed at all, It's beautiful!. Mine has the other color scheme, with darker red (as other people mentioned in comments, there are 2 different color schemes available now). The feel of this cube is great, and what i also like a lot is that it's not noisy.

I would love to see a news segment. JRCuber used to do one monthly some times with records broken and new puzzles coming out etc. He never kept up with it for more than a few months at a time though. I'd really enjoy a regular feature that somebody kept going and I know you could produce a great series.

I like the concept of tiled puzzles because the tiles won't chip the way stickers do. Yes, it would be nice if you could change the tiles, but as mentioned in Dan's video, if you like the colors as is, it's really good if you like the look of a stickered cube.
BUT, I have to say, this cube is so nice as a budget magnetic cube, I wish they made a stickerless version. I like the look of stickerless better because I just find the colors easier to see - no borders around each cubie, with the color filling the entire surface. So this cube would be a good alternative to getting a stickerless Little Magic magnetized as a custom cube.
After seeing Jperm's video where he is using the transparent version of this, I'm thinking of getting one because it almost looks like a stickerless one, without the black borders around each cubie. They seem hard to get, however...

Great review. This cube is a game changer especially for magnetic cubes. It shows they can come down to an affordable price for anybody and everybody to get a high performance speed cube.
Is it a main for many people? Dunno. But for what it is, it is pretty good. I loosened mine up to increase the corner cutting. It's not bad but it's not the best OOTB. It could be tweaked to be adjusted for even better performance with further tinkering and change in lube.
I am happy to see that magnetic 3 x 3 speed cubes can still be pretty great without going beyond the $20 range. Certainly past the $50 price point is really getting, um, crazy.
The days of not having a magnetic cube is over. Especially for the price point. As to the color of the red, I have the bright red one and it is fantastic. The muted red one is ok but not nearly as nice as the bright one.

That cubing news thing is an awesome idea!
I have this cube and absolutely love it. Reviewed it on my channel, too. Once you loosen it - mine was super-tight like yours - it becomes super, super nice. I've had both the bright red version (the one you have) and the dark red (which I have now). Definitely prefer the dark red.
I think tiles are a great idea that would work better if you could customize the colors a little bit.

Regarding your idea to do cube news: I really like that idea. This would be content that I would check out more regularly then reviews. It also a type of content that I do not yet consume. Try not to burn yourself out again though and good luck with the new content concepts. (ps. I'd also be interested in Axe fx content but that might be better on a different channel :) )

I really wanna buy it i have not been Cubing for about a year now but this cube might bring me back.
I think Yuxin should should make an option to what color scheme you want, or make a set of tiles for this cube that aren’t the same shades so that we can switch them out for better colors.
Cubing news is a great idea. The only thing that really that exists that's close to that is something like MoYu's facebook or instagram page, but yours could be more detailed and cover anything in the cubing world.

It comes in 3 colours. Clear, Black and Vibrant tiles. And it's my main, currently.
So your tip out of the box is to reduce the tension by half a turn for each side?

Tried one at a comp, it was ok, wasn't in stock last time I ordered stuff, i was gonna get one to use when I'm out and about to throw in my pocket cause it doesn't have stickers to get damaged, I'm not a fan of tiles but u can't go wrong with the price.
Is there any 50mm tiled speedcube out there? I really like my mini ZanChi but I hate the stickers...

One reason you might not be getting as many views is cause your thumbnails aren't very inviting for a random person. Don't get me wrong, I think that style is really cool, but if a new cuber that knew nothing about you would see a vid, I don't think the thumbnail would be near as inviting as just a pic of the cube.
That is just my thoughts, though some people probably don't agree.
The Kylin is way tight OOTB, not even sure who that's tuned for. But otherwise I like the low-maintenance idea of tiles -- no peeling/fading/replacing. As long as there is good color contrast (and not too ugly, haha) , I can live with the shades.

For a good example of a weekly news, I'd check out a channel called jangular. While it's not a cubing channel, it's about the nerf modding community, he showcases all the news, plus a video and build he thinks is cool ever week, at least he used to. This week in nerf
