How to program a Somfy RTS motor in less than 5 minutes

In this video, we show you how to manually program your Somfy RTS motor in less than 5 minutes.
We use a Telis RTS remote, but you can use any Somfy RTS remote that has an up, down and my button.

Otto. Man, thank you, thank you. Whoever designed this system had no concept of their user base. After watching three of you very clear videos, I was able to reset the limits on my two shades. Each required the 3-8-3 second power cycle reset, followed by the remote sequence you describe. There is no way I would have been able to do it without you.

I have two blinds operating from one remote with 4 channels. All was working well but something happened and I had to reset the limits. Now the 5 channel when both blinds operate together does not work I've tried to program this to reprogram the channel. The blinds are battery operated

Hi Ranbhere, when you reset the motor, you need to re-create the group channel, as that channel isn't created automatically.
So if channel 1 operates blind one, press prog until the motor responds (jogs), next, go to channel 5 and press prog again. the blind will jog and you can now operate blind 1 with channel 1 and 5. Wait 5 minutes and repeat the procedure for the next channel and start with the channel you want to add to the group channel.
