Mines in a new home and the previous owner left no manuals and zero info about anything. The blinds are on cathedral windows and the wire goes into the wall very high up. I can't find where it comes out or plugs in. 😢

Some somfy blinds have sort of a button, which is kinda hidden next to the motor, try to find that, and use it to reset. If not, then you need to cut the wire to do the sequence somehow.

I figured out what breaker each group of blinds was on and that’s how I did the power on off reset

I found it in the back of a closet. There's something else plugged in there, I have yet to figure out what it goes to. 😅

If it uses RTS protocol then you can use this guide, it's a bit technical but worth it and affordable.
