They can't because they did not invented that name. Ford derived it from the greek god of the sea. You cant 't have it patended
Ford started using it in the 90s, but Mitsu's been using it since the 70s.

There are more good looking trucks in the US. Tacoma is one, they should bring the diesel engine of the Hilux to be installed on Tacomas.
