- Sorry for the long wait. Had to wait for parts in the mail and what not, but fuel system and battery relocation kit are on . One step closer to getting this beast on the street. As always thanks for watching and all the continuous support. It means a lot never would I have thought that id be in the position that I am today. Thanks to you guys and the man upstairs. Be sure to subscribe and share the videos! God bless.
yes I know my dudes I misspelled clamp* lmao
Is this fuel pump cable of 1000hp? Let me know.
Fordracing5oh both 465 fuel pumps should be able to make 1000hp so lethal performance says . If I knew 1000hp was my set goal is just get the 485 pumps just to be safe but yes 🙌
I would pad the battery box where the terminals are gonna sit.. I know that they are top mount but you dont want to fry ecu by hard driving love the vids man!! Btw I saw your vids for the first time yesterday I subbed and been binge watching your whole chanel lol love me some stang content.! Keep er up
@@RatstangGarage for sure man will cover them appreciate that! And thanks for the sub man and watching my videos that’s so awesome to me 🙏
I assume that it isn't a real Terminator
Great idea on the fuel pump access I'm going to do that to my truck bed and put a door over it. Good video and awesome your dad and you can work on it together.
👌🏾😎 well done. Love to see father and son projects❤🙌🏾🙏🏾 thanks for sharing.
Man I appreciate you taking time to watch means alot 🙏🏼
The editing is on point- sped up when it needs to be- real time when it should be. The explanations are awesome as well. Thanks
Mr Moss thanks man ! I’m trying to give you guys nothing but good info and not make it boring 🙏 thanks for watching I really appreciate it !
I think I would have routed the fuel pressure guage inside the cockpit and either mounted it on the A piller or on the dash, or used a new guage cluster bezel. Something you want to keep an eye on in a boosted car.
No boost on car yet at untill then at that time we might consider your idea thanks for input
Starting a Coyote Swap on my 2002 Mustang and I must say "Thank you for your help and insight. It will make my swap a lot easier because of you and your videos." Keep up the good work. A shout out to your dad for being in your life and being there during your build... it makes memories and value to your ride. I'm already lining up your references in your videos.
Thanks good luck on your journey
Thx again for the vid🙏 you are helping big time...especially for those of us who will need the info for our swaps! The channel will continue to grow because of what you and your pops are doing 💯
Str8truckin man love the comment ! I appreciate you man for real. I’m glad my videos do help . Thanks for watching and for the support it’s crazy 🙏
Rewatching all these bc getting excited for my swap 😈
crazy respect for doing this in your driveway !
Thanks man ! I appreciate that !🙏🏼 and yeah haha no lift no garage 😂 but love learning from my dad here flat backing it and on jack stands
The trap door for the fuel tank is awesome. I was wondering if you were going to. It should've come from the factory with that. I've done that before- but I did it with the tank in the car. You were smarter than me. Well done.
Mr Moss yeah man I agree it should’ve came factory. Almost all the new stangs have easy access to the fuel hat !
Nice work
Thanks man I appreciate you watching 🙏🏼
Doing this swap 2 years ago made a whole lot of difference with the parts availability. Theres also a whole lot more info out there compared to the somewhat guessing I had to do lol.
Dang dude I can’t even imagine haha yeah for sure right now way more info and parts available
Thanks for watching man !
@@xJD2Vx oh! And I would definitely recommend some weld on subframe connectors if you don't have them already. That coyote will likely twist your subframe.
This man is really gonna make it don’t sleep on him
love the positivity man! I appreciate you watching and taking time to comment . I hope I do make it bro . I love my car and love building it and filming . Yeah he support from everyone is unreal thanks again man 🙏🏼🙏🏼
car is clean bro!! love the videos you have a lot of info and details on your build that always nice keep it up
I appreciate it man means a lot for you to watch and take the time to comment 🤘🏼🙏🏼
You shouldn’t have to run a ground all the way from the back down to the block, you could ground from the chassis up closer to the block. But good work my guy helpful for a lot of people.
what rear bumper is that love the 2 tone, an bro not knocking you but fuel line in wheel well is bad idea debris and if you blow a tire you could have trouble
We did leave the wheel well housing shields to try and eliminate some of those concerns keeping the line away from the headers was our main concern thanks for watching
Do you have a video assembling the fuel pump? Just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing
Sorry just what my son filmed thanks for watching
I really like your idea of cutting out the section where the spare tire goes so that you can access your fuel pumps more easily. Plus those fuel pumps looked juicy lol. Happy to see an update bro!
Chandler Dean thanks man!! And all the credit goes to my pops . It was his idea and I said screw it , nothing but good things from cutting that hole for the fuel hat. I really appreciate you watching and glad to give you and everyone else a update 🙏🤘
@@xJD2Vx always good to see pops in the video, he's definitely a wise man and knows what he's doing.
Chandler Dean definitely greatful . There’s no way I’d be doing this alone !
Damn bro, those BBS RKs are fire on your New Edge! Never see those! What else is done to it?!
Race Gas Smells Good thanks ! And basically full bolt ons already haha ! Got id150 injectors , jlt intake , gonna be on e85 and full exhaust
Love the vids and all the info you share! Awesome build too, it’s almost ready to get rowdy 🤙🏼
Bruno Gibson thanks bro ! And yeah man almost ready ! 🤘🙏🙏thanks for watching !
Nice install and thanks for the video keep up the great work brotha
The bolts from the battery box tie down didn’t get in the way when you bolted up your fuel tank?
No if I recall they are right outside of the tank so they did not hit 🤘🏼
Good videos man you brought back memories of when i used to work on my car 👍👍
Thanks man ! I appreciate you commenting and watching my video it means a lot🙏🏼
Looks good man! I have the same kit in my swapped car and the upr battery relocation. The fuel system kit made things so easy.
NewedgeCoyote sweet man! Yeah dude I didn’t have any problems so I went the lethal performance kit and it made it so freaking easy . At first I saw the kit and all the fittings and panicked 😂but my dad said “we’ll figure it out” and we did ! 🙏 thanks for watching bro!
@@xJD2Vx for sure man! Just wait till you take it out for the first drive. It's a whole lot of fun man
@@NewEdgeCoyote Nice, man, you got a Coyote swap New Edge? We just finished swapping my friend's New Edge with a Gen 1, and it's a beast! Fast than we thought! About to release my first vid of our trip to the track! About to start Coyote swapping my Fox on my channel too. What Gen Coyote are you running, what transmission and what mods? Coyote swaps are the way to go!
@@RaceGasSmellsGood yessir! Gen 1 aluminator, cobra jet IM, comp cam stage 3 cams, e85, no power steering, no AC, manual brakes. Full cage, built rear, kirkeys, rear seat delete, UPR tubular suspension (all solid), t56 magnum, McLeod rst clutch. Strange 10-ways with upr coil over kit all the way around. Currently on weld rts-s71 15 front and rear with Mickey thompson ET street r 28 inch bias plys.
@@NewEdgeCoyote Nice, Man! Can't wait to see it! Gonna be a rocket! You planning on posting some vids?!
Twin 465's?! That's badass! You're ready to make plenty of power with that fuel system, lil jealous 😂
Cam 3v haha yeah man twin 465s ! Just getting ready so I can get all the boost on E . Thanks for watching bro !
This thing is getting close! I’m sure you’re ready to get behind the wheel already! Great video, keep em coming!
KSKVideos yeah almost man ! And duuuuude I’m having withdrawals. I haven’t felt a solid pull in a manual car in a while 😭
JD2v haha race car withdrawals is real! It’ll be running in no time and better than ever!
How did you get a terminator rear bumper that says mustang? I know its prob custom but I am curious about that. Used to have a 94 gt and I had my uncle paint it and he put body filler in the MU and GT on the back bumper leaving only STANG in the center of the back bumper and it was perfectly centered it looked stock it was so cool I had ppl all the time asking me where I got that rear bumper. Car was otherwise shaved and no horse in the grill it was clean
It was pretty easy man I got it shaved when my car got painted . Once it was shaved I put mustang letter decals 🤘🏼
Thanks answered alot of my questions
Awesome I’m glad to hear that! Thank you for watching 🤘🏼🙏🏼
I've been planning my coyote swap for a few months now things I have done upgraded my clutch relocated the battery and I want to upgrade the fuel pump. My question is can I run the old motor on the return type fuel system somehow?
Thanks for watching man and not too sure. I’m assuming you mean like throw on the return style fuel system on the 4.6 that way it’s ready for the coyote swap. I’d just hold off on it till you actually swap the motor for the 5.0
Hi what about bad ass automatic made like yours can it be made an you show how sit it up I want mustang so bad
Did you connect the purge/evap line to the intake manifold?
Yes and we still used the vacuum lines all going to the intake manifold
@@xJD2Vx Nice!
Do you have any content covering the vacuum connections?
@@samspeed2531 unfortunately I don’t man!
@@xJD2Vx no worries
I’m just trying to figure a fuel issue out on this on and not sure if having the evap capped off has an issue with the evap tank by the gas tank in regards to high fuel pressure
So does the old computer get discarded? Or do u keep in and have the 2 computers in the car that always confuses me no one shows anything about that anywhere good vids bro this makes me super excited to get mine going soon i watched all your vids cant wait for the control pack vid alot of people are probably wanting detail on that thanks again i like all your vids and subed cant wait to see u do some burnouts in that bad boy
Yes bro still use both . I will make a video explaining as best as I can everything I got you 🙏🏼 thanks for watching man I really appreciate your time ! The support is crazy love it
@@xJD2Vx for sure bro I appreciate that very much keep up the good work can't wait to hear that bad boy Roar
Did the oil filter have to be relocated?
No same exact place . I don’t have the oil cooler so it’s the block and then directly to the oil filter 🤘🏼
Ok thanks
Yow man do you know anything about swapping a coyote into a v6 convertible ?
To be honest man it should be the same . Frame is the same . So it should fit and you can use the hydro boost . Not to sure on how the power steering pump is set up on those 🤔
Thanks man good info !!
cant wait to see the car run. you mentioned wanting to boost it, what did you have in mind?
Thanks for watching man ! And I’d like a Procharger for the blow off valve and sound at idle but not sure it will fit with all the pbh brackets so probably will just get a PD blower like whipple or vmp 🤘🏼
Is this a gen 1 motor
Gen 2 motor bro 🤘🏼
Factory engine harness?
For the engine ? Yes I will be using some of it still . Or what other harness you referring too?
@@xJD2Vx coyote engine harness, or did you have to get a stand-alone harness?
@@fallen5341 it’s a stock 2015 engine harness . I also have my stock 4.6 harness to power my ac and fan and will work with my gauges . There’s no stand alone system needed that’s where the control pack comes into play . The engine harness goes to the computer then computer to control pack they go hand in hand 🤘🏼
@@xJD2Vx wow that’s really neat, thanks for you response. Looking forward to the next video hopefully we will be able to see it fire up😎
@@fallen5341 no problem man ! And yeah man I can’t wait wait either !
Buen trabajo muchacho.
El motor de donde es ? Es de un s550 oh un f150?
Gracias ! Y Es de un s550 . Gracias por mirar mi video 🤘🏼
@@xJD2Vx you're welcome lol I dont get to speak spanish on CZcams often, I was playing around with the idea of coyote swapping my sn95 but those engines even used are still too expensive I might just do a 351w swap and call it a day anyways I wish you good luck I look forward to watching your next videos cant wait to see it run 👍
@@Dannymclovin yeah man I hear you this swap is expensive ! You definitely can still go just as fast or faster with another cheaper setup . Thanks again man 🙏
Keep grinding 💪🏽
Thank you 🙏🏼🤘🏼
This is a clean ass car man, I had a lot of mustangs and currently have a 2004 torch red mach 1 roller, going to restore it,. Plan on doing coyote swap but we will see .. 🔥🔥
Ahhh bro Thanks for taking the time to comment and really appreciate your support . And yeah man for sure a coyote swap is a fun project . Pricey but one of a kind when it’s done . Thanks again man good luck restoring your stang !! 🤘🏼
Notifications gang !!
THE REAL OG thanks bro ! 🤘
nice job bro
Andrew Mapes thanks man ! I appreciate you watching !
Carnal keep grinding!!
Oscar Juarez thanks bro !!!
Dude I don’t care how long the video is lol I watched the whole thing.
Tx.Javi duuude you don’t know how much it means I appreciate it ! Love the support man !!
Im not gonna lie. If searched your page for the last week looking for updates lol. Also the editing is really good! Now with the control pack id like to ask if you could make a detailed video that has everything broken down. That alone will rock your channel heavy# 💯💯💯
R10 Nine thanks bro haha ! And yes gonna do my best on the video for the control pack ! Might make another video about ac/ radiator and coolant hoses
@@xJD2Vx As far as the swap goes imo I think the wiring would be the most difficult. But yes any hiccups would be neccessary. But Honestly you know what your doing lol
Good shit LIKED
Raamses Herrera your ambers are good af bro just leave them haha 🙏🏼
💪🏼
Jacob Henry thanks man 🙏🙏
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Anthony Ortiz thanks bro ! 🙏🙏
Man, you're lucky the spark plugs are not on the side of the head. That would be a PITA!
Hey man just a tip, remember to spray a bit of paint or something to seal out the raw metal on the holes you drilled just to protect from rusting
Hyphy2v true thanks man definitely will do that !
🤘🔥
Omar 2V thanks dawg 🙏
First
It's never plug and play
Yeah 😂
