Thank you for keeping this performance alive. I'm un-secretly in love with Sara.
Great reaction! She first sang this in Atlanta concert, I think. That version is even better.
Sara Bareilles is rather famous for her ability to hold a note a really long time! You should listen to her song Gravity, its very impressive! She is a wonderful songwriter and singer!
Elton John loved this so much he actually went on tour with her.
She is impressive isn't she? Her song She Used To Be Mine from the Waitress is a stunning piece of writing. I love the time you take with your reactions, don't know anyone that does it quite that way. Well done.
She is so wonderful. Co-wrote the music for the musical Waitress! You would also enjoy reviewing Carly Simon singing “That’s the way I heard it should be”,!!!
As far as I know she wrote the lyrics and music for Waitress (as well as starred in it-the movie of the musical is great. ). And yesssss, Carly Simon!!! Love her!
This song is beautiful and you Lucie are a sweetheart ❤
Another Elton John cover that is worthy...
Marc Martel - Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me
Here’s the original of this song sung by Sir Elton John back in the ‘70’s. czcams.com/video/wy709iNG6i8/video.htmlsi=g3DcJn77hRyJ_SAV. The arrangement here was done by Sara herself and Elton commented that this was the best cover of his song he’s ever heard. Other singers have sung this arrangement since then to much acclaim, such as Angelina Jordan.
Listen to more Elton John he’s a fucking GENIUS
Kudos also to Bernie Taupin for the heartbreaking lyrics.
find a single out of place note. i'll wait :)
