đ€Łđ€Ł ur crazy those fish and salamanders are suffering in those jars

Same
Iiterally:(
Pet shops are temporary housing. It's like putting a cat in a crate at a vet. They don't stay in there forever, but they receive quality care in the mean time
Bettas can't handle a large environment because their fins are too big for their hearts.
I mean, atleast the tanks are clean! I have seen much worse
Asking someone if they speak English in Japan is like asking someone in Kansas if they speak Spanish lol.
Most everyone understands it outside the US...confidence to speak is totally different though.
Thereâs a lot of people in KS that speak Spanish.
Right? SMH
@@chade.7948 that's absolutely not true đ
@Zombie Eric Harris I was thinking the same thing I have friends out there have a great day
I gotta admit it freaks me out seeing animals in plastic cups or already bagged. Yikes.
The frogs/crayfish/salamanders having no room to even move about in those little plastic pots is so sad :(
I know right how to they live there and not die with no breath
Yay, so sadđąđ„ș
It's disgusting and cruel
lets hope they are only there for a little bit of time and returned to a terrarium
bruh.. it's just typical pet store ever.. -_-
it's just for display. in the back, they probably will release them in bigger tank when the shop is closed.
if pet shop sell their animals in their proper place, then they will have less to sell. and for fish seller, it's bad because price per fish is not that expensive like cat or dog. so they need to put lot of fish in one aquarium or put fish in small tanks.
and btw, look at those tanks. it's all squeaky clean. small n big tanks are all clean there(except 4:51). that means it's cleaned regularly. like.. maybe once per 3 days? or.. per week? idk. but that means they often move these animals to somewhere outside those small tanks.
and also look at those bag-ed plants and animals there. that means they check them like.. every X hours. maybe.. per 5 hours? or per 12 hours?
imagine that shop need regularly bag the fish and put the oxygen and refill it and stuff like that. everyday.
in germany things like this would be a case for animal rescue stations. The turle makes me so sad :(
Ahh yess Germany the land of the free no suffering

I wouldnât mind spending money on that store. I legit saw alot of things which are already on my wish list haha. Thank u so much for the content George. Youâre the best!
The little puffer you showed is commonly called an Amazon puffer. I have one in a tank with rams and angels. It is a true fresh water puffer and known as one of the most peaceful species of puffers in a community tank. My little guy is named Martin and an absolute joy to watch
C.asellus is also extremily social and should never be kept in groups of less than 6. Group size is very important for this species of puffer.
Unlike most other species of freshwater pufferfish, with a couple of exceptions (such as the Pea Puffer), the Amazon puffer is naturally found within shoals, for social and security reasons.
Being a part of a large group gives them better foraging success and enhanced predator detection, with more eyes looking around. Subsequently, shoaling brings with it a sense of security and is why this species becomes very stressed, nervous and shy when kept either alone, or in groups that are too small.
I feel like I watched a river monsters about these freshwater puffers of the amazon taking chunks outa peoples balls.
WOW that mama and pop store in the next level like literally â„ïž
What an amazing place to go ! and your cute mama following around you, that is lovely.
We have two independent pet stores with fish rooms in my area. Both have nice set ups. One of them used to have salt water aquariums but decided to focus on freshwater. They had some closed system tanks that were pretty cool! The other had a fish room that included their amphibians and reptiles. That one has remodeled under new ownership and spun off the amphibians and reptiles into their own area. I'm excited to see what they've done! There's nothing remotely close to what you toured in this video--probably in the entire Pacific Northwest! I would love to go to Japan someday and this store would be one of the places that I would want to visit! Thank you so much for making a video about it!
What an amazing selection! Iâm sure I could spend hours there just looking at all the fish! Those were some top notch bettas too, and I didnt even know you could own a jelly fish! The only think missing is the adorable Axolotl! đ thx for sharing this George!
