â Thanks for watching! Don't forget to subscribe for more boat upgrades, and don't miss this! --> czcams.com/play/PLp3T0zoFDq8GKwaM8mDtIBjoNHhvvqo90.html
I'm too old. Too sick. Too injured. Other than that I'm good to go. Fun video. Take care guys.
Thanks buddy!
One of the best Yacht reviews I have ever seen! Great work from the Great Lakes State!
Bahahaha We try!
Love the laugh. Seems you guys have a lot of fun.
Great friendship, great boat! I am jelly and looking forward to watch your adventures.
Thanks for the kind words, and there's nothing to be jelly about when you're coming along for the ride!
Put a day/night/IR camera at the front (center) of the boat then hook it to either the big T.V. or get a smaller one (or computer screen) that way you could not only use it for steering you could now use it for nighttime steering as well (night vision) and the IR to look for any type of heat sources (animals/people).
You could have done that and only had 1 covered emergency window in case the screen goes out that way it would be 50% + warmer in there once the fiberglass windows are removed taking it back to just walls.
We actually have a camera like that somewhere that was for that purpose. It's on the list of things to do. Thanks for watching!
Fun video! thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
You have some serious money in that boat - especially, the "electric stuff." lol!
Hence the channel name! Don't tell Mark's wife, and thanks for watching!
Take it around the world
It's on the agenda! Stay tuned!
old video, so you've probably already done your bunkbed idea, but if not, you should do it WW2 Navy style, the second bunk hung with chain from the ceiling.
This is a great idea! We will do some research! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Down here we have our electric stuff, all that is electric stuff hahaha!! I subscribed after I heard that!
Coutts should have been a tour guide... Thanks for watching and subscribing!
get a mesh hammock with 4 straps so you can have the 2nd person hang/sleep
Pretty solid idea! Thanks for watching and the suggestion!
Damn, that was fun to watch.
Thanks for watching and the kind words! We try to have fun in all our videos, so check out more! czcams.com/play/PLp3T0zoFDq8GKwaM8mDtIBjoNHhvvqo90.html
Looking forward to your upcoming adventures.
Thanks Phil! We have some stuff coming up that we're REALLY excited about!
Love it.
I can't wait to make one of these.
Thanks for watching James, and you won't regret making one...it's a TON of fun!
I cannot believe you packed that much stuff in that little place
Yeah it's packed! We want to upgrade to a bigger cabin one day, but don't know if the 4x4's can support the extra weight. We'd also need to win the lottery!
I love these Minmatar boats.
This is the way. Thanks for watching!
It would be how I would do it. Once it works, finishing it of is kinda boring and time consuming but you are constantly irritated you didnât finish it of neatly straight away đ
Bahahaha so true!
Nice behind the scenes look at the boat. Coutts surprised me when he said you've been using the electric motor for the last 2 years. I thought you guys just got started.
Thanks for the kind words! We started this in 2020, but posted our first video in 2022. We got the motor in 2021, so itâll be 2 years in the summer! Stay tuned for more, and we really appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment!
Good to see you all, I was wondering can you shoot off fireworks on a boar on lake Michigan?
Good to see you as well! I have no clue, but if you do, be careful!
am doing up a snapdragon in England , you guys are funny and subbed
That's awesome! Thanks for the kind words and best of luck on your project!
Just curious how much did all that cost you to build a boat and to install the solar panels and all that
Oh god... More than we can post in fear of Mark's wife finding out (The Evil Empress Gal-Patine czcams.com/video/mGBe-WO3ov8/video.html). We have affiliate links in the description to see most of the gear we've used and current pricing on amazon. Thanks for watching!
Hey guys so will those panels keep up if youâre cruising at 3.5 and itâs fully sunny ? I thought you talked about this in another video but Iâm not remembering
At 3.5 probably not. Maybe 900 watts of solar (on avg) would get us about 2.8-3.0ish. It depends on wind and current too. Lots of variables! The cool thing is that all the data is real time so you could go MILES without even touching the batteryâŠyou just have to play your cards right and pay attention! (Itâs a pretty addicting!)
Just seen you guys in there Clinton river yesterday lol while I was magnet fishing would be sweet to magnet fish off that thing
Hey Billy! Thanks for checking us out! Did you find anything good?! We magnet fish from it and it's pretty fun...Check it out here! czcams.com/play/PLp3T0zoFDq8GwKx75GjsUV9fZ7tUJ-bpZ.html
Yeah we pulled out a few bikes
Oh man! That's pretty awesome! What do you do with them? Can you sell them for scrap metal or anything?
pretty sure I saw Topwater Crankbait open for Dave Matthews back in '99.
Bahahahahaha Seems legit!
Disconnect the battery and see how far you go on solar alone it's really battery powered
It's actually electric if you want to get down to the brass tacks of it!
based video
Thanks for watching!
also, am I crazy or is the port-side outer pontoon like... ahead of the starboard one??
Not crazy...Very perceptive! The river won again that day... Don't worry...We have it held onto the boat with some straps...What could go wrong?!
@@MoneyPitBoating you guys might want to fix that đ just from a perspective of putting unequal shearing force on the deck frame it could make a lot of important pieces structurally unhappy
Oh weâd LOVE to fix it, but we donât have a trailer, aluminum, or a welder. Weâre trying to make good videos to pay for our money pit, but itâs taking FOREVER! We need 1000 subscribers!
@@MoneyPitBoating totally get it, man. so when do I get to wildly overpay for a high quality MPB hoodie, t-shirt and laptop stickers ;)
Hahahahaha one of these days we might figure out merch. Youâre pretty awesome for recommending it, to support the channel. Do you have 1,000,000 friends just like you?!
I like the idea for the boat but it looks like you over complicated the entire thing. I think I would have went with steel stud construction for the "House". I would encourage you to reach out to the guys over at "Tiny Boat Nation" for some ideas. Michael Lopez over at TBN is a bottomless pit of knowledge for boat builds.
Thanks for watching Gene! We love TBN, and if money wasn't an issue, we would have used aluminum to keep the weight down. Version 3 should be much better!
@@MoneyPitBoating I totally get it. Wood is $7 cheaper on an average vs steel. Keep up the good work! Love what you guys do.
Thanks Gene...We appreciate the kind words!
Creeping up on 800 sub's..
Slow and steady wins the race!
Weight 632,356,742 lbs đ
It's probably more than that! Hahahaha thanks for watching!
