    thanks sir public ko educate karne ke lie...ek aam aadmi ke lie kitna dangerous hota hai aise kaam ke baare mein bhi sochna. Ek galt step or zindagi bhar ka kalesh. Bahut choro or lootrein ka country hai hindustan badkismati se. Har koi teji se paisa kamaan chahte hai, ssystem aise logo ka kuch nahi karta, main personally apna saara paisa kamaya 15 saal ki earnings ka fasa ke baitha hoon. Ashmaed to be an indian

    Sir ji kisi dealer ne ek plot Ravi ko becha or Ravi ne uske dakhil khariz ki application laga di Ravi ka dakhil khariz hone se pahale hi dealer ne vo plot dobara se Rakesh ko bech diya ab plot to dealer ke name hai Ravi ne application lagaai hai lekin daakhil khariz hua nahi to bechara peper dekhne ke baad bi Rakesh to phas gaya is tarah ke froud se bachne ke liye Rakesh ko kya karna chahiye tha jisse Rakesh ko pahale hi pata chal jaaye ki ye plot bik chuka hai or iska daakhil khariz nahi hua hai

    A, B and C in collusion with each other purchase plot in name of A and fabricate sale agreement in favour of B and then execute sale deed in favor of C. B file specific performance suit against A and C to set aside sale deed of C and execute sale deed in favour of A as per sale agreement. During pending litigation, C sell property to to D without disclosing pending litigation. Due to non appearance by A and C, Ex parte decree is passed in favour of B. By setting aside sale deed of C, sale deed is registered by Court in favor of B. As per Section 52 of Transfer of Property Act, D or whosoever in possession is bound to the Ex parte decree and fell in trouble. Please advice viewers on this issue. There is no way out prescribed in Law to know before hand that property being purchased is free from litigation.
