@@kelseahelmick9778 Yeah I was going to say.. Conor has cemented himself as a legend in the industry. He's up there with Bob Dylan in my book. A younger (though talented) artist, is of course going to look up to him and hang on to his words as scripture if you will. They are no doubt learning a lot from each other but I can't help but think Phoebe is still floating on cloud nine because of this opportunity.

I started off with Bright Eyes and have loved Conor's lyrics and voice for many years. I have seen him live too many times to mention. I found Phoebe in Santa Barbara when she opened for The National. Fell in love with her voice and lyrics. It was bliss to hear Conor on her album! 'These two sound amazing together. They are so talented. They look like they are in love! It's cute how they just stare at each other in the interview. Great album!

this album is so stellar, the fact that it brought two completly different fanbases together, and created more fans for conor and phoebe, i wouldve loved to see them live.

This album was great! Their duos are so beautifully harmonized. As much as love the dark side of Conor, it was nice to see him be apart of something a little more upbeat. Hope they announce tour dates in the US soon🙏🏻

I’m not familiar with Conor’s music, but I’m a huge fan of Phoebe Bridgers. I love her so much (and her new hair!!) shes such a beautiful performer/artist. I’m happy for her. First Boy Genius and now this? I’m super excited. So much TALENT 🙌❤️

I havent heard the album yet but everything Conor creates is gold. Ive never heard Phoebe bridgers but i am sure i will be a huge fan within a few weeks now that this album is out!

I've loved Conor forever, only discovered Phoebe last year and honestly haven't stopped listening to her since first glimmer. Check out the Boygenius album and then go down the rabbit holes of her fellow bandmembers Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus' work. Supergroup of Indie songwriters.
Phoebe's album Stranger in the Alps is really really great. Conor features on one track, but the whole thing is terrific
you gotta listen to would you rather from phoebe’s stranger in the alps! then try listening to a few of the other tracks. as a conor fan turned phoebe listener as well that track is really digestible.

was kind of hoping for a folk-duet album when I first saw that they collaborated, but I am definitely more than satisfied with what we got instead!!

The parallels to the movie "A Star Is Born" are uncanny. You have an older male artist who teams up with a much younger female, collaborates & goes on tour with her. He's depressed & has a plethora of issues. She's an up and coming artist who continually gets more popular & out shines him. The only piece missing is that they aren't dating.
Whenever I watch something involving Phoebe Bridgers, Jeffrey Dahmer comes up as a recommended video.

I love Phoebe's voice but not a fan of Oberst's voice. To be honest, I dislike most male folk singers' voices. The women sound sweet and calming and the guys always sound like nails on a chalkboard for the most part, imo. I hope Bridgers has a new solo album out this year also....

Try touring almost non stop your entire life. My friend who was in an RCA band was diagnosed with rapid progressing MS and his docs think touring life contributed.

Ive listened to this album a lot this week. In its entirety- I think it is Conor's best album. Every song is great and every song fits---- a masterpiece
