Conan has the best writers of any late night show right now. I love how they aren't afraid to make Conan the joke and how Conan isn't afraid to play the part.
that's one of my favorite things about the show too. his writers have been making fun of him for a long time lol
same here. its the only late night show i actually enjoy watching... and even when the jokes are bad, conan knows it too and groans along with the audience. some shows always just force their crowd to laugh at sh*tty jokes without even acknowledging it. fallon starts hysterically laughing at every freakin small thing anyone says,, it gets old really quick.
I love how the one line in Conor's song about Conan when he enters: "...wants some relevance before he croaks." - is such a harsh jab. And I bet either Conan himself suggested it or if it was someone else (poking fun, of course), Conan was all about it when he heard the line. He's a classy trooper for self-deprecation.
