I've watched several videos on how to cut my Yorkie's hair. But I love your video the best. You are calm and easy to follow. I am trying to learn how to take care of my 10 year old. He was a Mother's day gift 10 years ago. At first I could afford to have my dog groomed. At first it cost only $ 30 slowly it went up. Now it costs $90 plus a tip. Which I can no longer afford. I just can't see myself paying that much for grooming. He only weighs 5 pounds and is very well behaved. My income has changed also. So paying that much. Is not affordable. Thank you for being calm and explaining at a speed that I can understand.
Thank you. I know what you mean. My salon rent used to be $500 now it’s $5,000. It makes sense to learn how to do things yourself because everything is so expensive.

I’m a new Yorkie owner & so grateful for your videos. My baby is a rescue with a brain issue that makes him shake like crazy. I have a groomer that is fantastic with him. But I would like to at least keep his face & chin area trimmed between grooming. Thanks so much for your help. I certainly know Meauxjo is happier with mom trimming him.❤

Susan she is absolutely beautiful! Loving the instruction and detailed videos. I am in Ohio and wish you could do my dogs. Unfortunately I have had terrible experiences with groomers and now doing it myself because of the connection between my dogs and fear free training. I do have one question, I have the spectra clipper you use and how do you know what cutting setting you are using? Also what setting did you use? Thank you for your guidance!

I just recently moved from Va. Beach. How ironic 😅. Go to Acredale Animal Hospital grooming. Make an appointment and ask for Jackie. She is amazing. She groomed my Yorkie for over 10 years until I moved to Roanoke. My parents have used them for over 30 years. The vegetarians are awesome too.
