Bird Strike Near Miss Watsonville Airport RV-9A

While on base in my RV-9A I flew through a flock of birds. Good thing they got out of the way!

had a bald eagle once impact the top of the vertical stab on a C172 while in the pattern at CYQK Kenora Ont! no damage to the plane, but don't know how the eagle faired. Turns out they are territorial and will attack other birds near their nests...:0
