lol, really thanks.
THANK YOUUUU@@joeinfos1
This is great stuff - PLEASE note too that honey is amazing in beverages , just ensure keeping temo below 40°C (104°F) cuz after these temps it literally becomes toxic 🙏🏼 💕
Thank you so much
Finally someone who doesn’t talk about their children husband etc. Straight to the point, I tried to look at several of these videos, who lost me half way through, they bored me to death, almost so far, that I would commit suicidal tendencies. Thanks for the advice!
Thank you for getting to the point!! Great video!
Add grated nutmeg at the end and its at another level of goodness. Use ceylon cinnamon.
Thanks a million!! May God Bless you!!
Once you put All ingredients in the jar do you stir it up? And do you refrigerate it? Please respond 😊
Thank you!!!
Hot temperatures kill most beneficial things in honey, leaving only sugar. I’m taking my coffee warm, not hot. About 50 degrees Celsius, brewing on 85 degrees.
THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING! 👑🎉👍🏻
Thank you thank you thank you for your short video ❤
CINNAMON
Can you show exactly how to make the Coffee loophole? Please
In my coffee I've used dark cocoa, cinnamon, and monkfruit.
I know three heavy coffee drinkers with Alt, I hate honey but I will add it.
Can I add my mushroom coffee to this elixir, not instead of coffee but in addition to? Don’t want to fool with any benefits.
Hmmm I don’t know about Alzheimer’s. I’m already drinking 3 cups a day and I’m still forgetful with some ADD.
I never drank so much coffee coffee and more forgetfull then ever and my ADHD is just insane threw the roof crazy well it's driving me that way lol
STATISTICALLY, coffee is shown to be beneficial in helping slow or prevent Alzheimers, but your mileage may vary😕
Now, where did I put my coffee down. No I do not think it helps preventing Alzheimer's.
LOL!!!!!
haha!
That's not alzheimer's!
My father suffered from Alzheimer’s the last ten years of his life. It goes far beyond not remembering where you put your coffee down. And it certainly isn’t a joke.
Thank you❣️🌼 pinch of salt, anyone?
I will try coconut oil and cinnamon but not the honey. I do not like my black coffee sweet. Thanks
Good for you cuz honey is not recommended by major doctors!
@@artsynana5336Actually, raw honey has been proven to have many health benefits.
@@artsynana5336You should really ask a real dr, not a Google dr. Honey is way much better than sugar. And has plenty of good properties. Bad for you only if you eat it in excess, just line it happens with everything else in excess. I promise you, honey is good for you.
You will not get the honey benefit
Same here
When you talk about cinnamon are you referring to "American" cinnamon (cassia), or Ceylon cinnamon (true cinnamon)? Because around 1900, the price of real cinnamon skyrocketed in Europe, and Americans switched to cassia. A little more floral, a little sweeter, but not as strong. We liked it and never switched back.
Go with MCT oil instead of coconut oil.
Store it in the fridge or not?
Plus cocoa powder for the polyphenols ?
Do you use coconut oil or MCT oil? :)
I do! 😁
Can You show How you made up this Coffee loop on a Video to see Exactly how you made yours 🙏
I'll have to try the coconut oil. Cinnamon is good on many things. No to the honey - I used to like it, but it will spike your blood sugar like crazy.
no it doesn't
@@Sheepdog1314 Honey has a GI score of 58, and sugar has a GI value of 60, so yeah, it does.
People should not forget that nothing works like magic, workout and a good diet is ALWAYS necessary to lose weight. Also everything in moderations, drinking 15 cups of coffee a day isn't what will make it work better.
So, maybe working out and good diet, with or without coffee with coconut, honey, cinnamon? Meaning, this video is useless.
Can you show how much you put in your cup step by step
Did you watch the video? You mix them together as specified then put 1-2 tbls in your coffee. Of the mixture, not one at a time.
great vid...but adding raw honey to hot coffee turns in into cooked honey...better let the coffee cool down a litle 😊
Raw honey will not lower your blood sugar ! Honey is sugar/ glucose. Cinamon will reduce blood glucose levels.
You MUST drink only Organic Coffee. Coffee is heavily sprayed with chemicals. Strawberries and Grapes, too. I buy whole beans at Aldi for a very fair price.
Costco has great organic coffee beans very reasonably priced!
I wouldn't buy anything from Aldi. Everything they have is sprayed with poison
@@DianeSchreifelsso does trader joes.
Thank will try 😃

Butter and heavy cream
I never drank coffee im afraid I'll get hooked on it
So, what's the problem? Talk about making mountains out of mole hills
Can I use organic decaff?
I think the caffeine is the point. Increases metabolism.
what if your allergic to coconut oil
My Dad drank coffee had type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's
RAW HONEY/////COCONUT OIL/////
Tube search - honey dr eric berg, kenDBerryMD
If you like sweet coffee, this is a good idea. However, I detest anything sweet... makes me gag. So I'll go for the coconut oil and cinnamon without the honey.
Too bad, you definitely wouldn't like me then.
In place of coconut oil, use some coconut water in place of some water in your coffee. It's good cholesterol (HDL) and it helps fight bad cholesterol. Coconut oil does the opposite and gives a laxative effect when you don't want it!
Sorry, coconut oil is extremely healthy. Populations which consume coconut every day have lowest levels of heart disease.
Indeed! I tried the coconut oil and it tasted “yuck” in my coffee.
As a diabetic II diagnosed person I use cinnamon as a flavor maker in my coffee.
No honey! It spikes my sugar level even more!
I’ll try the coconut water instead, great idea!
Besides, in the morning I also drink my “golden coffee”: heated milk (or water) with 1-2 tablespoons of kurkuma and a bit of fresh grained black pepper; also a great way for weight loss!
Coconut oil is used because it adds MCTs to your brew. Coconut water adds flavor & electrolytes. MCTs are so important to brain functioning , weight loss, and much more. You should read about MCT oils .
@@lindaszewczyk8186 , The reason why it causes weight loss is because it increases oily bowel movements, even when you least expect it! Also, it spikes cholesterol, both good AND bad. I'll stick with coconut water.
No, honey is almost indistinguishable from table sugar: half fructose, half glucose. It has the same affect on your insulin trigger and liver fat. In fact fructose is the reason so many younger people today have cirrhosis - the rise in sugar consumption. And the glucose is stored as body fat if not burned quickly. The trace nutrients in honey are too small to make any difference in health.
it's a natural sugar not table sugar it not the same thing
@@stonecoldwwe13 → You are 100% WRONG. Both are half glucose, half fructose. There is NO difference. As long as people don't get that they will continue to develop type2. Please read that last sentence I wrote. You get next to NO benefits from honey over table sugar.
@@wilhelmtaylor9863 it's all in moderation
@@stonecoldwwe13 → "everything in moderation" is the WORST advice ever nutritionally. There are things you must never eat - seed oils, many chemicals, sugar and most starches. No "moderation", just total abstinence. They are poison. You may tolerate them for a while but in the long run they ruin your health. Do yourself a favor and check up on Sten Ekberg and others.
As much as I love honey… I no longer consume it because I’m a diabetic!!! Raises my blood sugar right through the roof!!! I use either Stevia, Truvia, or Monk Fruit and very little of those because I don’t like my coffee real sweet. Also a few drops of liquid Stevia vanilla crème is good too.
In my coffee I use MCT oil, Ceylon Cinnamon, Kerrygold Butter, half & half and a few drops of liquid stevia vanilla crème. My blood sugar stays in place very well. Thank you God!!!
Does this need to be stored in the refrigerator or not
I would think not .Honey is never refrigerated or coconut oil or cinnamon .Should be fine
Not my cup of tea…pun intended
Those flavors do not excite my carnivore palate. Too sweet
Are you talking about that mushroom slop that everybody’s trying to compare it with coffee it is not coffee and it doesn’t taste good at all
So, no refrigeration required after mixing this up?
I don't think. No of them (ingredients) need refrigeration.
When you start drinking specialty coffee or high end coffee that actually taste good, then putting all this stuff in your coffee will feel like a waste of time even if it is fat burning. When the experience of drinking coffee black becomes out of this world, then you won't need to add anything to your coffee.
Cinnamon is full of oxalates, be careful 😊
only ceylon cinnamon, and Tasmanian Leatherwood honey /very nice/ with the last dropp of coffee from your cup. so not
mix with hot cofee,,
Unfortunately I can't have caffeine
Add a little baking soda to the coffee...that should neutralize it
ACT powder 🙏
How ya supposed to take honey when your diabetic
No honey. MCT instead of coconut oil
Sorry, but honey will not lower blood glucose. It is still sugar, whether it is raw or not.
I have a throat allergy to Coconut oil. It irritates my throat. Anyone else bothered by it?
Cinnamon gives me rosacea. No cinnamon for me.
Raw honey is still sugar. Sorry, that's going to spike your blood sugar and insulin and shut down fat burning at least temporarily.
Tried the cinnamon, made my coffee taste like shite! I like the cinnamon on my eggs, with some Sriracha.
How odd, I grew up putting cinnamon in coffee. Especially like to put a cinnamon stick in pot while it brews. Then you have more honest flavor, cinnamon powder doesn't "melt" like sugar or honey. Maybe that texture bothered your palate.
It should be MCT oil, not coconut oil. You should do some research before you do these videos.
Several small studies found that taking 1-6 grams of cinnamon daily for 30-60 days led to reductions in fasting blood glucose levels, as well as improvements in triglyceride, LDL cholesterol, and total cholesterol levels in people with type 2 diabetes. A study of only 1 gram a day found no significant effect of cinnamon supplementation (1g/day for 30-60 days) on fasting blood glucose or HbA1c levels in type 2 diabetes patients. Also, Ceylon cinnamon may be preferable as it contains lower levels of coumarin, a compound that can cause liver toxicity at high doses over time.
Caffeine in coffee also raises your blood pressure which is something nobody needs. And honey raises your blood sugar not decreases it. Not the healthiest drink in the morning.
Don’t forget SALT
It depends if you like a salty fat burning coffee. Also salt is a hack to reduce the bitterness of coffee.
I been popping wood.
..honey is sugar

Another sales pitch
I've seen some bollocks in my time, but this is next-level!
Made my coffee undrinkable. Cinnamon in coffee doesn't work for me.
No.
Sounds like a lot of unemployed doctors on these comments. Y'all must be the healthiest people in town
But how does it taste? I can't stand sugar in my coffee - I never mix candy with my drugs.
You talk too much... get to the point is the 3 ingredients ....
BLA-BLA-BLA-BLA
I gave you a dislike because:
- not just coconut oil, but specifically MCT oil, this is a big difference
- honey - sweet, carbs, this will break any keto diet
Last but not least, no any references to studies, observed effects, etc. This is like saying that eating healthy food is better than eating junk food.
Coconut oil spikes your cholesterol.
BS no credible study shows that.
It helps you lose weight.
Coconut oil does not raise bad cholesterol. It’s a good fat.
@@indesdarylcoconut oil is not good. Do research. Real research, not biased.
