Ok but actually...... that could be something interesting. Go to a highly rated small town restaurant, then go to a gourmet restaurant. Order the same dish cooked in the same manner (sirloin steak medium rare, for example). You could judge the over all quality of the food, portion sizes, availability of sides, time taken to receive meal after ordering, etc.
