    Off topic. I just wanted to thank you @The Money Librarian. It's because of you I enrolled into the SAVE plan a month ago, now this past Sunday- I recieved the email telling me that Biden admin forgave my student loans in full ($14,000).

    This doesn't just apply to childfree people per se, but it's good to look into long term disability insurance while you are still young and healthy. We Millennials and Gen Z tend to assume we can all work forever, but that's not always the case.

      Too many people focus on life insurance when, statistically, you’re far more likely to use disability insurance at some time (but life insurance is important if the loss of that person would create a financial burden on the surviving family)
