Easy Dinner Idea [Mongolian Beef Bowls] Ready in 9 Minutes

  • Easy Mongolian Beef Bowls! Ready in 9 minutes and only has 5 ingredients!
    Ingredients:
    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1/2 c Mongolian Garlic sauce
    4 green onions, chopped
    4 individual serving size cups of Minute Ready Rice
    Sesame seeds
    Directions:
    1. In a nonstick skillet over medium high heat add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
    2. While the beef is cooking heat up the rice cups and chop green onions, set aside.
    3. Drain excess grease from beef and add the Mongolian garlic sauce and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
    4. Add rice and beef to the serving bowls and top with green onion and sesame seeds.
