1½ lb. 1-inch thick Sirloin Steak
⅓ cup Cornstarch

Red Pepper Flakes
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Water
⅓ cup Brown Sugar
8 stalks Scallions, green parts only, cut into 2 inch pieces

That's almost 100% the way I make my Mongolian beef. I use beef tenderloin and it's tender as all get out. A little FYI, if you reduce that sauce and make it thicker it makes a great sticky sauce to toss wings in. Everyone I make wings for just loves it. Great video AB. 👍
