1. Plan things on certain dates (getting a calendar)
2. Declutter & organize your space (clear surroundings = clear mind)
3. Have a decent diet ( you don’t have to change your entire diet, simply eating a bit healthier here and there will have an effect)
4. Try to exercise ( as little as taking a 5min walk outside/ 5-10 min of skipping rope);
5. Have self care days ( relax, do a face mask , meditate, check on your mental state- stress relieving)
6. Have positive self talk (“a negative mind won’t get you a positive life”)
7. Law of Attraction
8. Try to meditate often
9. Manifest (think of the things you want as if you have them, speak it say “i have” “i receive” , avoid saying “i will” “ i’ll get” , write down your manifestations)
10. Acknowledge your blessings (write 1-5 things your grateful for daily)
