    A simple recipe for crispy buns:
    250 g semi-fat cottage cheese
    2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
    2 tablespoons flaxseed
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
    Baking time for rolls is 30-35 minutes at 190*C
    set the oven to 190 * C, top / bottom heater without convection
    You can slightly flatten the rolls as I did in the recipe, they will be perfect for salads and fit dishes
    And if you want rolls to be cut and stuffed, form balls.
