My pup, around 4 months has started to have these out of control biting fits out on walks. After he goes number 2 he feels brand new and it starts as playing. He gets pretty aggressive though. Any advice?

Puppy zoomies! I'd bring a tug toy along with you so he has an appropriate outlet for this energy surge. High value treats as well if he isn't interested in the toy, but I'd try channeling this into a mini (appropriate) play session

So much agree that pups don’t necessarily know how to play with a toy or even know to be all that interested, we can’t just hand them a toy and expect them to amuse themselves!
