Here is a quick video on how I dip & decorate chocolate covered pretzels. I’m sorry it’s not the best or most detailed. I almost forgot to film, but I got what I could! I will do better next time!

I just have to tell you...this video is life-changing for me! Every year for "The Nutcracker", I make all the (1600) sweets that are sold in the lobby of the theatre, and I usually end up making at least 700 dipped/drizzled pretzels. Your drizzling is amazing! Would you consider doing a tutorial on just the drizzling part? (Wrist action, etc.) Thank you so much for this video!
Thin your melt with a fat like veg oil or shortening and use a tall thin glass to dip. Lay all your same colors down and pipe your drizzle at once. So much easier and faster.
The shaking off of excess is my least favorite part also lol your pretzels look stunning! Im still getting used to prepping them, how long does it take you?
Beautiful work! They look so delicious! If you don’t mind me asking, what brand pretzel rods do you use? Is there a preference or it doesn’t matter? Thanks in advance x
You can make these waaaaay in advance! As long as u keep them in an air tight container so the pretzel doesn't go stale! I have had one left over from a month previous and it was still just as good as day 1!
Treats to Love thank you, I’m not sure! Maybe one bag or less? It’d be hard to scrape up each drop of chocolate for the pretzels so I can’t say for sure.
I believe melting it very slowly (in microwave 30 secs at a time or over a heat safe glass bowl over a pot of simmerimg water) with coconut oil or vegetable shortening helps with clumps.
Your drizzle game is STRONG! LOL I have to do this tomorrow. I hope mine are as pretty as yours
They look so clean and not messy!! That's what I like

I might have a dumb question but the glitter goes on after the chocolate is dry? These are beautiful by the way.
Hi, I would like to ask if how long your party treats last? Or how many days?
Beautiful work! They look so delicious!
If you don’t mind me asking, what brand pretzel rods do you use? Is there a preference or it doesn’t matter?
Thanks in advance x
Janet Tovar thank you! It does not matter which brand at all! But I use sneiders I believe
It don’t matter
Do you ever have a problem with after dipping items, your chocolate starts to turn while or dull when it dries?
Did u wait till the chocolate is cold to put on the sparkle dust?
Does the brush you dip in the disco glitter have to be wet??
How long do these last? Can I make them days in advance?
You can make these waaaaay in advance! As long as u keep them in an air tight container so the pretzel doesn't go stale! I have had one left over from a month previous and it was still just as good as day 1!
Really neat and look yummy!!! Did you let the rod dry before the drizzle?
Toye Anderson thank you, yes they were dry before I drizzled👍🏼
YES,YOU DO..I MAKE THEM FOR CHRISTMAS EACH YEAR
Hi these look amazing. Can you please tell me how many days in advance will I be able to make this for an event. And if it's ok to keep in a fridge?
Kayla vea i would say maybe up to 2 days, covered in fridge! Just my personal opinion!
I find they keep for a very long time if kept in the fridge (few weeks).
How what brand is the white candy melt?
Very pretty. I just wish they weren't so time consuming.
How did you get the melts that texture ??
Hello, great video.. how many pretzel rods can I cover with 1 bag of wilton candy melts? Thanks
Treats to Love thank you, I’m not sure! Maybe one bag or less? It’d be hard to scrape up each drop of chocolate for the pretzels so I can’t say for sure.
Juju Beans thank you.. I did them and I used a lot of pretzels for one bag of wilton. Thank you 😊

How Did You Get The Chocolate To Melt.. When I Did It, It Didn't Melt Just Got Clumpy
ArykahLynn just buy a Wilton’s mealting pot
I believe melting it very slowly (in microwave 30 secs at a time or over a heat safe glass bowl over a pot of simmerimg water) with coconut oil or vegetable shortening helps with clumps.
How many of each thing did you get? How many pretzels & how many melts?
Naturally Lis honestly I buy in stock and I don’t keep track of how many sorry!
What else can i place them on to dry besides the silicone
Maria Fajardo parchment or wax paper
How do you get your chocolate to melt so perfect? Mine always come out so thick
Keisha Joines If you use guitars chocolate it will melt perfectly. Just microwave in intervals, and do not over heat!
If u need to thin it out use vegetable oil! A little bit at a time until u get the consistency u r looking for. 😁
Did you do all sides of the pretzel?
Debbie Fisher not the bottom where I lay them down
Is the disco glitter eatbe
Helen Grant yes it is
How are you not making a mess lol

Kermilia Wellington at a local small bakery store, but I’m sure you can find them online amazon or somewhere!
